Today we were going public. BigHit had arranged a press conference for this afternoon, where we would be announcing our engagements to ARMY and the press. I was so nervous that I couldn't even eat that morning. The only thing that I had been able to keep down was a large cup of coffee that I had been sipping on for the last hour.
The boys kept assuring us that true ARMY's would support our relationships, and many would be excited to learn about us. However, we could tell they were nervous as well. They had faith in ARMY, but these things are very unpredictable. You never fully know how the public, and more specifically the press, will react to the news. Especially, since all seven members of Bangtan are announcing the fact that they are engaged to be married, and to women that no one ever knew that they were dating.
I would be standing backstage with the other women while Bang PD-nim and the boys make the announcement. PD-nim wanted to bring us up after the initial questions were asked, and officially introduce us to the world. Additionally, he believed that the press would have questions for us as well.
"It's time to head out."
I turned to see Yoongi standing next to me, holding out his hand. I offered him a small smile and took his hand as we walked out to the car.
The ride to BitHit was silent, each couple holding each other, knowing that everything was about to change. When we arrived, Bang PD-nim escorted us to the area where the announcement would be made. The other women and I were instructed to stand just off stage, and the boys and PD-nim each took their seats to wait on the press to arrive.

{Yoongi's POV}
I was ready to get the press conference over with. Not only was I ready to have my relationship out in the open, but I was anxious to see what the reaction was going to be.
I was pulled out of my thoughts by the sound of PD-nim asking for the press's attention.
"Excuse me. Before we get started, I want to thank everyone for showing up here today." PD-nim smiled, waiting on the commotion to die down before he continued. "Today I would like to announce that all seven members of BTS are in committed relationships, and are all engaged to be married."
At that, all hell broke loose. Every reporter in the room was shouting questions, some directed at PD-nim, some at all seven of us, and some were directed to a specific member.
"Settle down! One question at a time. We will answer everyone's questions."
Over the next two hours we answered a multitude of questions, ranging from when we met the girls to the proposal stories. We also introduced the girls to the press, posing for pictures as a group and as individual couples.

{Your POV}
Over the next few days we watched as the press and ARMY from around the world reacted to the news. Once the initial shock passed, the response, from the overwhelming majority of the world, was positive. We received hundreds of thousands of messages expressing their support and happy wishes.
However, there were also a multitude of messages that weren't so positive. These messages were full of anger and disappointment. A lot of people couldn't understand why the relationships were only just being made public. There were even rumors that one or more of us were pregnant. Even though they pretended not to care, I could see that the negativity bothered the boys.
-----
{Yoongi's POV}
We knew that there would be some negativity stemming from the announcement. Especially since all seven of us were getting married. We didn't anticipate the rumors that were being spread. As time went on, the rumors were getting more and more vicious, ranging from blackmail to pregnancy.
I knew that all of the guys were becoming more agitated as time went on. Jimin had nearly punched a hole in a wall when a gossip site claimed that Avery was pregnant and had sabotaged the condom in order to trap him into a marriage.
Today, we were going to be releasing a video on YouTube defending our relationships and thanking ARMY for their support. We wanted to make sure that these rumors didn't continue to get worse. The girls didn't deserve this treatment.

{Your POV}

The girls and I spent the next few weeks cooped up in the dorm, while we waited for the initial frenzy to die down. The plan was to use this time to begin planning all seven weddings. We knew that we wanted to spread them out over about a year.

Sierra and Becca both wanted spring weddings so they would be getting married first. Next up would be Harper and and Lily during the summer. Avery and Suziee had opted for fall weddings. Finally, I had decided on a winter ceremony. Today we were going to discuss how we each wanted our wedding parties to be set up.

“Hey, bitch.”

I looked up to see Suziee making her way over to me with two cups of coffee in her hands. She handed one to me before sitting down. We sat there in silence, enjoying our coffee, while we waited on the other girls to join us. Once we were all together, we started talking.

“So, Sierra, have you decided who you want as your maid of honor?” Harper asked.

“Y/N of course. We’ve been friends for over twenty years. I couldn’t choose anyone else.” Sierra replied, sipping her coffee. “Have you picked yet, Becca?”

“I asked Avery last night.”

One by one each of us revealed who we had chosen. Lily would be the maid of honor for Harper, while Harper had agreed to be Lily’s matron of honor. Becca had been chosen as Avery’s matron of honor. I would also be Suziee’s maid of honor. Finally, I would have both Sierra and Suziee as my two matrons of honor.

We spent the rest of the day picking out themes and wedding colors. By the time the guys came home from practice, we were all ready to think about something else. We were all excited to hear that everything seemed to have calmed down, and we would be able to leave the dorm again, starting tomorrow.
