(Before we start I just wanna add this... no hate to Sarah it's just for the story!)

Brendon held his trembling daughter, Aspen, to his chest, trying to cover her ears the best he could. He stood in the living room, gently rocking her back and forth every now and then.

"Yeah! Well, at least I didn't go behind my partners back and then lie about it!" He held Aspen's head to his shoulder, the small girl was crying and she had a death grip on Brendon's shirt.

"What do you mean, Brendon?!" Sarah crossed her arms over her chest and leaned against a wall.

"Oh, you know exactly what I mean! Why don't you go live with one of your other boyfriends?"

Sarah gasped and looked at him. "Excuse me?"
Brendon turned away from her, facing the tv.

"You heard me. Go live with one of them, you'd be happier by the looks of it," he growled out, still not looking at her.

Sarah huffed and started walking over to them but Brendon backed away.

"If you want me to leave so badly then give me Aspen." She held her arms out to take Aspen from him but he just looked at her in shock.

His eyes widened slightly and he walked away from her. "No, you're not getting my daughter,"
he glares at her as he turned his head to whisper things to Aspen to try and calm her down.

Sarah gasped and glared at him,"Fine then. She didn't like me anyways. Have fun with your brat of a daughter," she walked away from them, grabbing a few things before storming out the door, slamming it loudly.

Aspen jumped in Brendon's arms and grabbed onto him tighter.

"D-Daddy.." she let out a broken sob as she hid her face in Brendon's neck.

Brendon quickly walked over to the couch and sat her down on it. He grabbed a few blankets and gave them to her.

"I'll be right back, love. Get comfortable."

He walked up the stairs and grabbed pillows and a few of Aspen's stuffed animals.

He then grabbed a few Disney movies before walking back downstairs to her.

She was curled up in the blanket, a few tears still running down her cheeks.

He sighed and put down the pillows and stuffed animals next to her, handing her one she liked the most.

It was a small black bear that Brendon had given to her when she was younger. It had a miniature shirt on it, which was made of Brendon's old t-shirts.

He had gotten it made for her for whenever he went on tour. Since she was a daddies girl, she would always complain about how she missed Brendon so he got her the bear.

After handing her the bear, he walked over and set up the movie, not really focusing on what movie it was.

Once it was on and playing he walked back over to the couch and sat next to her.

She looked at him before crawling over and sitting on his lap, the bear still in hand.

He smiled and pulled her closer, wiping the tears away from her eyes with his thumbs.

She relaxed against him, closing her eyes contently.

Brendon looked down at her sadly, he was trying to hold himself together even though a few tears threatened to fall.

Aspen held onto his shirt and laid her head in his chest, basically now asleep.

A few tears rolled down his cheeks as he pulled her closer if it was even possible.

He sighed before gently whispering, "Daddy will always be here.."
