(Back with another chapter! School has started so I won't be writing as much but I'll try to update this every Friday from now on. Enjoy!)

Brendon was still blushing profusely along the drive to the pier. They were only a few minutes away and the sky had gotten much darker, awaiting the moment the beautiful sunset would occur.

The short man begins bouncing in his seat, excitement taking over him. He had gotten a date with the Dallon Weekes, and they were going to one of his favorite places.

Why was it his favorite if he's only been there one other time you may ask?

Well, to say the least, the pier infatuated Brendon. All the bright lights shining over the water, the boats, the music, everything.

Everything about it was amazing to him.

The last time he had been was when he was with Sarah. Aspen was very young so they couldn't exactly do much. Look at the lights and go to a restaurant was about all they did.

Come to think of it he didn't actually really like it that much when they went. He had to take care of their daughter the whole time while Sarah did nothing.

Now that he thinks about it, it was all unfair. He was always caught taking care of Aspen while Sarah did whatever she wanted to do.

He was snapped out of his thoughts when he felt Dallon pat his thigh gently.

He looks up and smiles happily, Dallon returning it. Dallon softly rubs his hand over Brendon's thigh again, the shorter once again blushing.

"We're here, B. You ready?"

He once again smiles that charming smile that practically makes Brendon melt. It takes everything thing in him to be able to form a coherent sentence and get it past his lips.

"I-.. Y-Yeah, m'ready," he nods and quickly looks at his lap to try and hide his blush, even though he knew Dallon had probably seen it.

The next thing he knows, Dallon's gotten out of the car and is on his side, holding the door open for him. He gets out, still a blushing mess, and stands beside Dallon.

Dallon offers him his arm after he's closed the door and Brendon slowly takes it, his heart beating rapidly in his chest.

To him it was stupid how such small actions could fluster him so much. Even just Dallon looking him in the eyes and smiling made him blush like a mad man.

Dallon begins walking with him towards the small beach that has the pier. There was so much more to the beach than just the pier though.

There was small little shops, and restaurants along the beach, each one decorated with a sea theme or with brightly colored objects. There was even a small amusement park on the dock.

It only had three huge rides but it was fun no matter what. That's the area that most of the brightly colored lights were in, mostly along the rides but enough to light up the water.

They continue walking and Brendon just looks at the water, not really paying attention to the fact that Dallon noticed how his eyes lit up when he saw the water and the lights reflecting on it.

"You wanna go to the water, love?" Dallon questions in that charming voice that Brendon loves.

Brendon looks up at him a small sparkle in his eyes.

"Can we? If you don't wanna that's f-fine, but," he looks down at his feet, scared of Dallon thinking he was childish.

Dallon just pauses and lifts his chin up with his thumb and finger,"I would love to go to the water, B. Let's go," he pecks his lips before pulling Brendon along closer to the water.
