Cherry's POV
I introduced myself to the others and I noticed a side, Patton I think. I waved at him. He waved back at me smiling happily. Y/n told me to go mingle so I waved and sat down next to Patton.
"Hey, Patton right?" I asked knowing fully his name was Patton.
"You betcha! And you must be Cherry. Nice to meet another side!" He said pulling me into a hug. He felt warm.
"Nice to meet you too" I replied pulling away from the warm hug. We talked more about things like our interests and such.
"What's your favorite dad joke?" I asked Patton happily.
"Oh! Why do flamingos sleep with one leg up?" he asked.
"I don't know, why?" I asked tilting my head to the side.
"'Cause if they slept with both up they'd fall over!" Patton exclaimed making me laugh hard. I loved dad jokes.
"Dad jokes never get old" I replied still laughing a little.
"Thanks Buttercup!" Patton exclaimed making me blush at the nickname he gave me.
"You're welcome Pat" I replied.
"My turn. What's your favorite food?" he asked leaning his arm back on the couch.
"Spaghetti tacos, easy" I told him shrugging.
"Those sound amazing!" He gasped. It was as if he had stars in his eyes.
"What's our favorite food pat?" I asked.
"Cookies! Or pasta!" he replied. I giggled at his enthusiasm.
"Hey, do you wanna play some Patton-cake?" He asked me. I laughed at the usage of his name.
"Sure!" I replied as we actually started playing patty cake making Y/n laugh. I stuck my tongue out at her and continued playing patty cake with Patton.
