Noah's Pov
I slammed the door to Y/n's room and slid down the door putting my sleeves up to my face.
"Noah! Hey, whats wrong?" Y/n rushed over to me. I wrapped my arms around her tightly.
"Let's go sit, okay?" Y/n told me softly. I nodded trying to breathe. We got to the bed and I melted in her arms. She patted my back and let me cry for a while nearly coughing.
"What happened, hun?" She asked me.
"V-Virgil and I got into a argument and he called me c-clingy and u-unwanted" I quivered feeling more tears make their way down my face as I pushed my sleeves up to my face. I felt her rub my back. "I said 'screw you' and then came up here. I said some pretty hurtful things t-to"
"I'm sorry you guys fought. What happened that made him upset?" She asked leaning down to my level.
"He was overworking himself and he wasn't e-eating enough or d-drinking enough water. I told him to take a break and he snapped. We started yelling at each other and well you know the rest. Does he hate? Is he tired of me?" I asked her. She shook her head.
"You did the right thing, Noah. If he was overworking himself then you were just trying to help. I don't think he hates you, but he knows now that he missed up and he'll give you space." She explained. I nodded sniffling.
"Now, I am going to go talk to Thomas about it, okay? He'll talk to Virgil." She told me. I nodded wiping my nose on my hoodie sleeve. She patted my arm before exiting the room and closing the door behind her. I breathed deeply. I looked around the room when I noticed the guitar just sat wanting to be played. I walked over and picked it up before sitting back down on the bed. I started strumming a song that conveyed how I felt at the moment.
"Hell raising, hair raising
I'm ready for the worst
So frightening, face whitening
Fear that you can't reverse
My phone has no signal
It's making my skin crawl
The silence is so loud
The lights spark and flicker
With monsters much bigger
Than I can control now" I sang softly letting my glide over the correct chords.
"Welcome to the panic room

When you see them too, see them too" I sang a little louder
"Still waiting, hands shaking
Maybe the coast will clear
But these voices, these strange noises
They followed me in here
My phone has no signal
