Jess was the most popular girl in school. She had everything a girl could want! She had the latest fashions! She had the biggest house in town! And she was captain of the cheerleading team. And not to mention every boy at school was wrapped around her finger! She was the IT girl. And nothing could stop it.
//at school//
"Hey jess!" Said Y/B/N. "Hey." Said Jess slamming her locker shut. "Wanna hang out after school? I heard that they have milkshakes half off at the mall!" Y/B/N said. "As much as I would LOVE to hang out with you.. I promised the guys I would play at the sandlot today." You said. You honestly did feel bad it's just you enjoyed playing baseball. It relaxed you....well almost... "ugh those sandlot boys are coming over here!" Y/B/N said. "Dude chill." I said rolling my eyes playfully. "Hey Jess!" Said Benny. "Hey kid whatsup?" I said giving him a hug. "Nothing just making sure you were coming to the sandlot today." He said. "Yup you bet on it." I said smiling. We talked for about more until I saw them. The evil two showed up. "Aww why isn't it little Jess! And what's with your outfit? Couldn't find anything better to wear?" Said Yeah Yeah. I rolled my eyes. "Shut it before I do it for you!" I said. "Damm calm down guys!" Said Kenny. "It's not my fault he comes at me every day!" I said. "Well cmon Scotty lets go to first." I said rolling my eyes. Me and Scotty had first so we would always walk together. Scotty and Benny were my two best friends in the whole wide world. I gave Scotty a note as we walked in the class saying to tell Benny to meet me at my house after school. He nodded and we went through our school day. Just great.
Yeah Yeahs POV
"UGH! She is so annoying!!"I said slamming my locker. "Uhh huh.." Said Kenny inspecting his hand. I roll my eyes . "What?" I ask him sharply. He looks up. "I'm just saying we all know you like her.." he said walking off. "I do not!!!" I yell. We both headed to lunch and I spotted Jess in her cheer uniform sitting with the guys. "And I'll prove it to you.." I said. Kenny's eyes widened and he tried to pull my arm but I escaped his grip. I looked around and saw a bowl of soup on a table. I grab it and walked toward our table. "Hey Yeah Yeah whatsup?" Asked Benny. Without warning I spilled the soup all over Jess. She stood up and yelped from the steam burning her skin. She turned around to face me. But the soup had made the floor slippery and she ended up falling in the middle of the cafeteria. The whole cafeteria started laughing at her. My heart sank. I saw tears forming in her eyes. So many thoughts rushed to my head.I wasn't thinking straight. I'm an actual bully. I have been terrorizing this poor girl. And it's all because I secretly like her. She would never like me back though. So while I'm constantly thinking about her she couldn't give a crap about me!!! She must pay! That's what I always thought. But now watching her run out of the cafeteria humiliated. I realized what I have been doing all along. I've been slowly pushing further and further away from me. This ends now. "What the hell man?!" Scotty Yelled. I heard the guys yelling for Jess but I didn't even stay to listen to the rest. I ran after her. I followed her all the way into the woods. The secret spot. She sat there crying. I walked up behind her. She was talking to herself. "What did I ever do to him? I did nothing to deserve this. Now everyone is going to laugh at me! I will never be able to show my face at school again!.." she sighs and turns around. She sees me and has a scared look on her face. "Listen I am so sorry... I didn't know what I was doing.... I...I..." I was at a lost for words. "I like you a lot...and the only reason why I have been so EVIL to you is because I know you will never like me back!! And instead of just moving on I dwell and blame you for not loving me!!!" I yell out while crying. I look up to face her. She is crying as well. "You humiliated me!! And all because you liked me?!" She yelled out. I put my head down in shame. "Truth is... I liked you too.....for a long time too.....I just...you were always so mean to me that I convinced myself you would never love me...I moved on..." she said. I felt my heart drop. I walked closer to her. " I am so sorry...for everything..and I understand if you don't want to be friends or even know I exist ...but I want you to know how much I-" I wasn't even able to finish. I was interrupted by Jess pulling me by my collar and kissing me. God how much I've wanted this. I've wanted this since the first day I laid eyes on her. We pull away smiling. "Man two hours ago I hated your guts." She said laughing. I chuckled. "Man I knew you guys were going to hook up eventually.." Said kenny. We turned to see the sandlot boys staring at us.

"Oh whatever kenny." I said rolling my eyes playfully. I turn to face Yeah Yeah. "Will you be mine? I know it may be too soon but I mean .." i said. Of course yeah yeah cut me off by kissing me. Man talk about a heck of a start to a long relationship.
