Y/N'S POV
It's been around 2 years since I joined the college's baseball team. Through this years I became the first captain, which makes me feel really proud of myself.

If it couldn't get better, last year joined us a really interesting, charismatic and skillful girl, called Jeongyeon.

She always tried to keep the team cheered by telling us no jam jokes, but well, at least she tried. Also she saves us in more than one match, making us enjoy the victory.

And right now, it's just another case where she scored a home run, and with that, we became the winners of this year's league.

We can't be more happy, I'm sure that we'll get scholarships for this, and maybe we'll be able to join a professional team. It's just another step for achieving our dream.

Right now, the coaches and the stuff, proposed to do a celebration. Which has to be really big, and all the college will help to organize it for sure.

For me it's a really special occasion since this was my last year here, today I'll announce Jeongyeon as the future team's captain, since I'm gonna leave and graduate.

That's how it works, but I'll give her the title gladly. She deserves it, for all the efforts she did. And I could even say, that she's even better than me playing. She's the team's star.

-Y/N: Okay everyone, tonight we are gonna celebrate our achievement, and I'll announce something really important! Please come full of energy since I really want to see you all dancing and cheering! (smiles)

Everyone agrees and cheers, so now I'm at home taking a bath, as I really need to look good for tonight. It's my last time as the team's captain. I feel so thankful of everything we achieved and all the moments we shared.

-Mom: Y/N-ah! It's already 19:00pm, don't you have to get ready?!
-Y/N: Yeah, I'm coming out now!

Oh shit, the party begins at 20:30pm... I need to get ready, now! I can't be late! I rush to my room and start choosing between all the outfits that u have... Gosh, has it always been this difficult to get dressed?

Anyways, I choose the one who I think that fits me the most, and look at my watch, it's already 20:00pm I have to head to the college!

-Time skip until you arrive to the college-

When I arrive to the college, all the students and teammates cheer for me. I guess that because I'm the captain... I'm really glad that they appreciate me this much.

When we enter the gym, that it's where the party is hold, I look for Jeongyeon through the crowd. While looking for her, I bump with one of her friends, who is the cheerleaders' captain, known as Jihyo.

-Y/N: Oh Jihyo, are you having fun? (smiles)
-Jihyo: Sup, thanks to our great captain and Jeongyeon, the team did a really good job! (smiles)
-Y/N: (chuckles) Thanks, oh and talking about Jeongyeon... Have you seen her?
-Jihyo: Haven't you seen Jeongyeon, yet? (surprised)
-Y/N: Uh... Nope.
-Jihyo: She's been looking for you too!
-Y/N: Oh really? Well, then I'll keep looking for her... (smiles)
-Jihyo: You better do, you'll like what you'll find (smirks)

I don't really catch what she means, but I keep on looking for her until I find a crowd surrounding someone, I walk through them to find her, Jeongyeon.

My jaw drops immediately as I see her, she's stunning... She rocks that red dress like anyone! Has she always been this pretty?! Maybe it's because I'm too used to see her with the team's uniform... Woah, it's incredible... She looks amazing!

She seems to see me, and starts approaching me with a really big smile at her face.

-Jeongyeon: Hey Captain, you look stunning tonight! (smiles)
-Y/N: Are you serious?! I don't even find the words to describe how good are looking!
-Jeongyeon: (blushes and pushes me playfully) Hey, don't say things like that! It's disgusting... (laughs)
-Y/N: I know (laughs) It doesn't suit me... Anyways, I have something to talk about with you. But I think it's better if I just announce it up at the stage... (smiles)
-Jeomgyeon: What are you going to do? (confused)
-Y/N: Just wait here (winks)

I leave her dumbfounded and head towards the stage, I ask for a mic and talk to the DJ so he stops the music and everyone pays attention to me.

-Y/N: Okay, everyone it's Y/N the team's captain!

Everyone starts going crazy and screaming and cheering my name... I guess this is the effect of winning again...

-Y/N: First of all, good night everyone, I hope you all are having fun! (smiles)

They cheer and screan and cheer once again... They really want to party.

-Y/N: Okay, okay... I'll announce something really important and then we'll keep on having fun... (chuckles)

They all go silent as I start speaking again about my important announcement...

-Y/N: Everyone, as you all probably know... This was my last year at the team, as I'm going to graduate at the end of the month.

Now everyone screams "ohh" in disappointment, but there's nothing that we can do about it.

-Y/N: Hey don't worry! Inside my heart, ill always be part of the team! Anyways, before I get emotional, I have to announce something important. As I'll stop being the captain, I decided that the next one will be none other than our star, yeah... That's you Jeongyeon. (smiles) Please, give her a big round of applauses! Please Jeongyeon-ah, come up here and say some words... (teasing)

Just then she approaches me with a face that says " I'll kill once we get down here" and then she grabs the mic...

-Jeongyeon: Well... Thanks first of all to everyone, this wouldn't be possible without the hard work that we all do, and of course, without our captain. Thanks for guiding us to the victory... And thanks for giving me the opportunity to do it right now... (smiles) I'll try my best, although you'll always be the captain for us.

Everyone applauses us, and once we got down the stage she almost kills me as she says "Why did you make me say something up there? That was so embarrassing!"

-Y/N: I'm sorry, I'm sorry... (pants) Let me go outside to have some fresh air... You are gonna kill me... (laughs)

She lets go, and then grabs my arm as she pulls me outside. What is she doing?

-Y/N: You know, I can walk by myself... (jokes)
-Jeongyeon: I know... (smiles) But I don't care, I'm still mad and embarrassed...
-Y/N: Well, I won't tease you and embarrass you anymore next year (chuckles)
-Jeongyeon: Yeah... (looks down)
-Y/N: What happens? Are you going to miss me after all? (jokes)
-Jeongyeon: (blushes) We can call it like that... It's going to be the same without you.
-Y/N: Uhm, well... You'll do good anyways... (smiles and pats her head)
-Jeongyeon: Uhm, there's something that I have to say before this party ends...
-Y/N: Go ahead, I'm listening... (smiles)
-Jeongyeon: I want to keep on playing with you some more time... I didn't have enough. I even love it!
-Y/N: You know that I can't be at the team once I graduate... (laughs)
-Jeongyeon: Idiot, I don't mean so... I mean the team that you and I do... Just we two! (blushes) Anyways, you are not going to catch it... (leaves)

She just leaves inside leaving me dumbfounded... Okay, that was weird... Just when I was about to enter I bump with the cheerleader team, they came from changing into their outfits as they are about to perform.

-Y/N: Hey, are you going to perform?
-Chaeyoung: How do you think that we dressed like this then? (rolls her eyes)
-Y/N: Oh yeah, how stupid I am... (laughs awkwardly)
-Nayeon: And also so oblivious!
-Y/N: Huh?
-Sana: How didn't you catch Jeongyeonie's hint?
-Jihyo: She was asking you out idiot!
-Y/N: What?! Really?!
