[third pov]
"Corazon. Corazon. Corazon Hearts!" Jane wakes her new roommate up. Corazon stirs in her sleep but slowly opens her eyes at the fairy.
"What." She groans, turning over to the other side. She hears Jane run around to the other side of her bed to face her.
"If I'm not wrong your first class starts in 15 minutes." Jane mumbles, still a little scared because of Corazon's presence. Corazon is just like her mother known for a short temper. Something Jane doesn't want to test out.
"I actually have to go to those classes?" Corazon asked, fully opening her eyes. Jane stands next to her, dressed in her blue uniform that resembled the one FG was wearing. Jane's eyes widen at what she said. "Just kidding." Corazon adds with a small laugh. Not really kidding, she wasn't planning on going to the classes in the first place. With a groan she gets up, gets a red dress and goes to the bathroom to freshen up. Within ten minutes she gets out the bathroom and grabs her white Nike's. Jane already left the room to make her class on time. She would grab food later on, first make it to that class.
"If someone hands you a crying baby." Fairy Godmother begins her question to the remedial goodness 101 class. Everyone was bored out of their minds. Corazon sat at the desk behind Evie and Mal. She saw Mal doodling in her notebook and absolutely not paying attention. "Do you A, curse it? B, lock it in a tower? Or C, give it a bottle?" She asked enthusiastically. Evie raised her hand and FG nods at her, smiling like always.
"What was the second one?" Evie asked, making Corazon behind her chuckle softly. Fairy Godmother's looked down with disappointment.
"Anyone else?" She asked, no one looking at her. Everyone tried to escape her gaze. "Do you know it, Corazon?" Corazon snapped out of her trance to look up at the headmistress.
"C, give it the bottle." She casually answered her. The Fairy Godmother looked satisfied at the VK and smiled.
"Correct again, Corazon."
"You are on fire, girl." Carlos whispered to her from the desk next to Evie and Mal's. She looks up at him and sees he's turned around in his seat to face her.
"Just pick the one that sounds the least fun." She shrugged, opening her notebook for the first time that hour. The other students come to the realisation that she's true. Carlos' mouth forms an 'O' and Evie whispers something along the lines of 'that makes sense'. The class is interrupted by the opening of the door in the back of the room. Jane walks in, head down with a paper in her hand. Ever so often she squeals softly, afraid of being in the presence of more than one villain.
"Oh hello, dear." Fairy Godmother greets her shy daughter. Jane makes her way to her mother and whispers something about an early dismissal for a coronation. "Everyone here remembers my daughter, Jane?"
"Mom, no!" She exclaims softly, not wanting to be embarrassed by her own mother. She takes the paper back she gave her mother and walks back towards the door again. "Hi, it's ok. Don't mind me, as you were." Corazon gave her a small smile and Jane smiled back before leaving the room.
"Moving on. You find a vial of poison. Do you A, put it in the king's wine? B, paint it on an apple? Or C, turn it over to the proper authorities?" FG continued the lesson of remedial goodness 101. Carlos and Jay both shoot out of their chairs, knowing the answer. Jay presses Carlos' arm down so it looks like he doesn't know. FG calls Jay to give the answer.
Jay takes a moment and smirks confident before answering. "C, return it over to the proper authorities." FG nods and he proudly smiles.
"I was going to say that!" Carlos exclaims with a cute pout.
"But I said it first. Come here!" Jay says to Carlos. They bicker before they start fighting on the table. Fairy Godmother stops them and asks them to use that energy on the tourney field.
"Oh no, that's ok. Whatever that is, we'll pass." Carlos says, from under Jay who had his grip around Carlos' head. FG nods and turns her attention to the girl's side of the room.
"Jane told me that you would sign up for cheerleading." Fairy Godmother smiles at Corazon. Corazon recalls Jane saying that she would sign her up for the tryouts today. The others look at Corazon in confusion but she nods.
"Yeah, Jane said she would sign me up. She apparently knows I have a—uh gymnastics background." By that Corazon meant her sneaky out of the house and creeping around her part of Isle of the Lost at night. The bell announced the end off the lesson and the five villains stand up and grab their bags. Corazon is fast to leave the room but Evie calls her back. The Evil Queen's daughter locks her arms with Corazon's when she reached the princess of Hearts.
"Ok you have to show me your wardrobe some time because I absolutely love what you're wearing today." Evie smiles, looking at the red dress.
"Sure." Corazon grins. Evie is not someone who Corazon thought she could be friends with but Evie proves her different. The two chatting girls walk towards the entrance of the school, followed by the other new students.
"Hey, Hearts." Jay calls Corazon over. She looks back at him and nods at him. "The three of us can walk to tryouts together. It starts in like ten minutes, right?"
"Almost forgot." Corazon says with wide eyes. She promised Jane she would come. "Let me swing by my room for a fit real quick and we're good to go."
