"It's me." He whispered into my ear, sending shivers down my spine.
I giggled and turned around, his hands dropped to the back of my legs under my bum and lifted me up, I wrapped my legs around his waist and my arms around the back of his neck. He smirked at me pushing me against the gym shed wall, our lips crashing hungry together as if we were animals ripping into each other.
His lips tore apart from mine, instead of stopping he started trailing harsh kisses and little sucks down my neck, once again my body had that electric shock. Once he hit my collar bone he placed his soft lips on me and started sucking harder, I let out a small moan as I let out my heavy breathing, with that I knew he was smiling to himself on the inside. My hand's entangled into his hair and I tugged lightly. My body was becoming like lava, I wanted his touch everywhere.
All of a sudden we stopped and looked at each other, shocked. I jumped down from his grip, ran to the back of the shed and hid behind a stack of gymnastics table's. Dylan's arms pulled me closer towards me so that no one could see my feet. I was sat in between his legs whilst he held me. The door swung open and the light radiated inside of the shed filling everywhere apart from the far back so I was happy about that, I relaxed a little but kept my breathing low.
"Well where is he?" This voice was deep and rusty as if he was in his forties.
"I swear he came in here a couple minutes ago." A voice oh so familiar squeaked.
Of course Zoe saw him coming in here, but if she saw him coming in here, does that mean she knows I came here. My eyes widened at the thought.
"Well, nobody is here." He spoke.
Whilst they were talking amongst themselves in front of the gym shed, Dylan slipped his arm from around the top of my chest to my waist, his other hand covered my mouth as he started kissing up my jugular my breathing became heavy again, he nibbled on my earlobe and my eyes shut, my heart and body was going crazy, I felt like I was on fire. I became flustered and let out a slight gasp that escaped through his fingers. I could feel him smirking thinking it was funny to tease me like this.
The shed door closed. I pulled away from him, smacking his arm. I could not believe he did that with those two standing there, I'm lucky that both of them didn't hear me gasp because we would be in trouble.
"What?" He smirked at me and I shot him a serious look.
"What you enjoyed it." He said smirking towards me and shrugging his shoulders.
That is true, I did enjoy every moment of it even the part when we nearly got caught, it was a rush of adrenalin.
"I just want you to know that I will not be one of your hook up buddies." I crossed my arms.
"This is the last time." I said seriously after looking at him smiling.
"I know that's why.."
He started but I had to jump in.. I didn't want to hear what he was about to say, even if he was just going to agree with me. A part of me thought that maybe he liked me but I didn't want him to disagree and then I get hurt.
"No.. Don't finish that sentence.. Please." I looked at him sad.
"Why?" He asked with confused eyes and furrowed eyebrows.
I was about to answer him but out of nowhere he shoved me into the gym mat, I fell to the floor. What the hell! Just as I was about to stand up and smack him one, the doors slide open once again. His hearing is amazing, I slouched back down and cradled my legs.
"So you are here!" Zoe shouted.
"Yeah I was ditching but remembered that it's Mrs Young's lesson and you know her and my mum are friends." He shrugged, trying to look cool.
"Okay well how about we just hang out in here?" She suggested.
My heart stopped, no they can't stay here, I need to get out and quick.
"No, I'm going to the lesson. Just wait out there. I dropped my earphones." He said jumping in too quickly and patted his pockets to make it look believable. If she knew him like I did, she would have known that was a lie. She walked out and he bent down near me.
"You look cute flustered." He whispered, winking at me playfully.
"I'll see you after school." We whispered together, we both smirked at each other.
He looked to make sure Zoe wasn't looking and he ducked down lower getting closer to me, he placed his index finger under my chin and tilted my head up, he then kissed my forehead before he disappeared. I stayed in the shed a little while longer before I left to make sure no one saw me. The rest of the day went by in a flash, I couldn't get that kiss we shared in the gym shed out of my head, it played over and over again.
After school we agreed on meeting near the shops, which were situated twenty minutes away from the school, so here I was waiting for him at the shops. Ten minutes later, his car pulled up into the side slot so I could hop in quickly. But out of the corner of my eye I saw Poppie coming out of the shop, I panicked and ran. Dylan's car followed me from behind. When the coast was clear, I got into the car, breathing hard. He looked at me with confused eyes.
"Why did you start running like a crazy person?" I started coughing before I spoke.
"Just drive and in future preferences don't call women crazy."
He sniggered as he roared the car back to life and started to drive.
"Are you going to answer my question? Why were you running?" He spoke looking at the road.
"I saw Poppie and she knows what your car looks like."
"Yano, I'm surprised the car can keep up with you." He laughed changing the subject.
"What! This car is way faster than me."
"At least something has to be."
"Just because you can't win against me." I laughed and winked at him before it went silent between us and all was heard was the music blasting throughout the car and out into the wilderness.
I don't know how long it has been since I was so relaxed, since my father left years ago, mine and my mothers life's have been havoc and the only person that helped us though this was her best friend and mine.
I watched out of the window as the trees went by in a blue, the music was ringing in my ears as it boomed throughout the car, the wind was breezing through my hair as I remember the old memories.
Every so often I snuck a peek at Dylan, his fingers were drumming along to the music on his steering wheel, his left hand moving sometimes as he changed gear and then running it through his soft brown hair. I never really noticed him in any other way than my friend. My best friend. But here I was not believing how these last twenty-four hours have been.
"Hey, we're here." He echoed as he was waving his hand in front of my face.
I took a glance and lifted my eyebrow.
"Where is here?" I asked confused.
"This is my spot. I found this one time when my parents were arguing and you weren't home." He smirked at me.
I giggled at him whilst getting out of the car, I walked up the hill and looked at the scenery, this was the most beautiful thing I've ever seen. It looked over the small town we were in. the sky was a pink and blue colour, the trees rustling in the light wind.
I didn't want to go back to the car to get my cardigan, so I hugged my arms tight as the cold breeze hit them. Dylan came up behind me and wrapped his arms around my shoulders pulling me back into his chest and placing his chin on the top of my head.
"This is gorgeous." I whispered,
"Yeah .. it is. You should see it in the winter."
My heart ached and tears were welding up in my eyes, I need to tell him now. We stood there for a while not saying anything. This is it, my breathing quickened, I took a deep breath and as my mouth opened, my phone started vibrating in my pocket. I got the phone out and looked puzzled, unknown number? I answered the call slowly and placed it against my ear.
"Hello?"
"Hello is this Miss Alice Richardson?"
