"do you believe in love at first sight?" she pauses, thinking.
"no, i don't think i do. i believe in attraction at first sight, but i think love is more than that. i think it's not just about looks, but about who the person is, their strengths and weaknesses, flaws and all. you can be attracted to someone after just seeing them or something they did, but i don't believe you can fall in love with someone you don't know." he watched her with curiosity.
"what about love that's supposedly written in the stars?" she shook her head.
"i believe that we fall in love by our own choice, that what happens in our lives isn't in the hands of fate or whatever. you don't fall in love because you were destined to, you did because you enjoyed them, or something like that." he hummed in response.
"you know, i think i might just agree with you." he watched the sky above. "all those loves are superficial."
