1, To enter my realm I must open a portal for you.
2, I may allow you to choose a power or become a mythical but when you go back to your realm you will lose most of your power or all of it
3, you will enter at my island and to leave just return to the portal, the island will be visible to all travelers
4, all modern items will stay on my island and if you speak of things from your realm then I will have to force you to come to my island.
5, if you do something terrible than instead of sending you back ill keep you prisoner and trap you in my realm until your sentence is up.
6, I cannot and will not protect you if you do something to anger the villagers
7, the only return portal is on my island
8, the only way to come to my realm is if I allow you
9, runs at the same speed as real life
10, if you ever have any children they won't be able to leave
