I'm not sure exactly what is broken but some part of the wired headphone process is. It slightly distorts the audio and can sometimes get rid of the voices and leave just the music. I also have to turn the volume up really high.
So I don't know if the subs would still work, because I wouldn't be able to tell if the voices had vanished and it's usually just the voices that are quiet but the music so that might be problematic
I think it's my headphones because they are also Bluetooth but they haven't been charging recently so I wouldn't be super surprised if something else was wrong too.
