I think I finally got a few results, when I was listening I had a headache and for awhile my ear felt like it was throbbing. Plus I felt a bit of tinglies on my head and a tiny bit of a weird numb sensation near my tail bone.
Also I keep meowing to one of my cats who is very vocal, and I can lure him out of my room so I can close the door by meowing XD he also got scared when I growled so I take that as a complement.
This is my second day but I've been listening as much as possible. I've also been using a master biokinesis sub because I've heard it works as a great booster for physical traits.
So yeah. I'll update soon.
