I stood in front of the mirror,

looking at my already bump. I haven't seen Michael in

a month and a half, but just knowing I was already

three months pregnant concerned me.

Here I was eighteen years old, pregnant,

and living in my old hot pink bedroom. I had

to pull my life together, sometime soon. I sat on the

edge of my old bed, pulling out my phone,

in an instant, my finger was hovering over

Michael's name. I clicked it, it rung several times

before going in to voice mail.

"Hi ba-Michael, um it's me,

Grace, today's the ultrasound to find out the gender,

and it would really benefit us both if you came.

I'll always love you, Michael. Remember that. Uh, the appointment,

it's at 3:00, on Williamsburg Road, there's that

little doctors office there. You know,

the one you made fun of because of

how you thought you once saw

Voldemort come out of it?" I giggled a little. "Please,

Mike, come." I hung up and layed back on my bed.

What the hell am I doing with my life?

I held my phone above me, scrolling through all the

pictures of Michael and I,

it broke my heart just looking at them.

My favorite was the one of us at McDonalds,

we stuck french fries in our mouths,

and we attempted looking like walruses.

"Sweetheart?" My mother entered my room, and I sat up.

"Did you get hold of Michael?" She asked and I shook my head.

"Why don't you call uh, what's his name, Calvin?" She asked and

I laughed slightly. "Okay mom, I'll try." I smiled and she kissed my forehead,

leaving my room. I dialed Calum's number, on the

second ring he picked up. "Grace?" He asked.

"Calum, I'm really sor-"

"Are you okay?" He asked.

"I mean, yeah I guess, but that's

not why I called. Today I'm

finding out if it's a boy or girl-"

"Michael wants a girl." He interrupted.

"You've talked about it?" I asked.

"Oh, Gracie! He will not shut up about it!" He exclaimed.

"Well, can you bring him to the ultrasound?" Shyly, I asked.

"Of course." You could practically hear his smile.

There was a light snow falling outside

as we walked into the doctor's. When I walked in,

I immediately had arms wrapped around me,

I slowly sunk into their arms. When I pulled away,

my lips were covered with someone else's.

It was something different tasting

the lips I've waited for. It was a strange

sensation that I didn't want to leave my body.

"Michael." I smiled, his taste still lingering.

"I'm really sorry, G." He cried.

"Michael, you just scared me."

"I promise I'll be here for you- you two,"

he joked, rubbing my stomach, "every step

of the way." He kissed my forehead and we

were called back into our doctor's office.

"Ms.Winthrom, you're very young to be expecting.

A baby can't have a baby." My doctor laughed.

"Uh, hello? I'm 22." Michael defended us.

"Oh, of course, sir, you look very familiar." The doctor said,

putting his chin in his hand. "Oh, you came when

your Asian friend fell down the stairs." His tone became serious, as

if he was pissed off.

"He's not-"

"Can we find out about  this baby?" I cut in, trying to

avoid an argument.

"Of course, Ms.Winthrom, please lay back. While I go get

the nurse." He smiled, leaving the room, but shortly

returning. The woman nurse, covered my stomach in

sticky gel, Michael gripped my hand. She began

rolling a white wand over my stomach.

"Well, it looks like, you're having a..."
