Theo crashed through a pair of metal doors, being hit by a gust of cold wind. He was covered in blood and scratches as he collapsed, hitting the ground violently.

He hissed as a scratch got caught on a section of long grass, and he desperately pulled away from it, resting his head against the bunker he had just been trapped in.

He felt so incredibly powerless. Although he had told the hunters that wolfsbane didn't work on experiments, he left out the part about how yellow wolfsbane affects them. It doesn't kill them, like it would with a normal werewolf, but it does make him weaker and slow the healing process down. Not too much weaker, but he guessed that if you get shot-

He cut himself off, using his arms to stretch his legs in front of him. Using a hovering finger, he counted the bullet wounds across his body.

One, two, three, four, five, six, seven.

He guessed that if you got shot seven times with bullets coated in the product, it would be normal to feel like this.

The chimera fell asleep with his head against the metal building full of either dead or nearly dead victims.

An hour and a half later, a shadow fell from out of the trees and looked at Theo, her eyebrows in a frown as she tried to figure out what was going on. As a banshee, she was lead here by default, but she wasn't expecting him to be sat there.

Shaking her head, she picked up the unconcious being and carried him, gently and carefully, to a cabin in the middle of nowhere.

When they arrived at their destination, the girl placed Theo on the couch, draping a blanket around his body.

She dragged a chair towards him and sat on it gingerly, observing the boy thouroughly. She wondered what the hell she had just gotten herself into and sighed, leaning back in her wooden chair as she tried to figure out what he was.

----------------------------------------------------------------------------

She was snapped out of her thoughs by a loud groan, coming from the boy. As he realised that he was no longer outside, he sat up almost immediately and opened his eyes, which glowed gold in the warm atmosphere of the cabin.

She jumped back, not expecting him to wake up so quickly. "Hey, calm down. I'm here to help," She explained carefully, watching the boy shake his head. "Who are you?" He asked, his voice low through his fangs.

"My name's Charlotte, I'm a banshee. And clearly, you're not human either. So the question is, who are you?"

The chimera sighed and laid down again, not having the strength to put up a fight with her. "The name's Theo, I'm a chimera."

Charlotte's eyes widened, her jaw dropping. "Theo? As in, Theodore Raeken?"

Theo's eyebrows lifted, a surprised expression on his face. "That would be me..?" He said, hearing his sentence come out as more of a question.

A small smirk appeared on Charlotte's face. "You shouldn't have told me that."

Theo opened his mouth to say something in return, but was cut off by an ear-piercing scream, which, with his already weak state, knocked the chimera out all over again.

Theo's head hit the edge of the couch, officially out cold.

Charlotte dialed a number, bringing her phone to her ear.

"I got him."
