Kyungsoo left his office at around 11 pm at night. It was the day before your first wedding anniversary. Your life with Kyungsoo had been wonderful. You somehow managed to perform your wifely duties perfectly while Kyungsoo also did a great job as a husband.

You were expecting a gift from your beloved husband but you were crushed when he called you and said that he would be home late. You actually had a present for him. Well, it's not actually a present but a surprise. You really wanted to tell him but to your dismay, he came home late. "Way to ruin our anniversary night, work!"

You were already sleeping when Kyungsoo came home. He arrived at about 11 45. Kyungsoo quietly walked to the kitchenand opened the fridge. Little did you know, Kyungsoo had made a chocolate heart-shaped cake that morning when you were still snoring. Chocolate cakes are your favorite. They were Kyungsoo's too.

He carefully placed the cake onto a large plate and planted candles on it. He lighted the candles and carefully walked to the door. With much struggle, he opened the door and went in the room. He was greeted by the sight of you sleeping, which he liked very much. It was exactly 12 am when his plan was executed.

"Y/N dear" he whispered and gently shook your body. You groaned opened your heavy eyelids. "Hey" you said. "Happy anniversary" he said softly. "Happy anniversary too" you replied. "Look at what I made" he said. You rose up from the bed and was surprised to see a cake on the bedside table. "Chocolate?" You asked and he nodded. "Thank you so much!" You said and kissed him.

You both ate a little bit of the cake. "Actually.. I have a surprise for you too." You said. "What is it?" "I'm pregnant" and as soon as you said that Kyungsoo gasped. He could not believed. "Oh my God Y/N! Thank you thank you thank you!" You both hugged and kissed each other.

The night was well spent. You both talked about the unborn baby. Whether it was gonna be a girl or boy. What's the right time to start shopping for baby stuffs and all that.

You both cuddled under a he blankets until you fell asleep. Kyungsoo brought you to his embrace and you slept in his arms, facing his chest
