Heights, ghosts, and the dark these are fears people have. It could be also that scary old lady across the street. But I have a different fear, cars. Any vehicle with four wheels I start to have a panic attack. I had this fear when I was seven years old. I was drivinf with my parents after a weekend in a resort. Its was in the afternoon and it happened so fast. As my dad was driving and a speeding car lost control and crashed into us. Our car flipped five times before it was on the side of the road. I blacked out but I still remember everything. I woke up in a hospital and saw my aunt and uncle crying. They hugged me thanking god for saving me. I asked for mommy and daddy and they just looked down, I knew why. They passed away on the road. Since the car flipped it was smashed really bad. They were able to drag me out of the car cuz of my tiny seven year old body. As for my parents it was too late. Eveytime I go inside a car I remember that day and I vomit. Doctors said thst its best I stay away from cars and see a therapist. Now here I am 16 and still have a fear against cars. I live with my aunt and uncle. Other than everything else im a normal teenager, I go to school (more like im forced to), I have friends, and im going through,"I hate everything" phase. Of course I have a crush on someone, Kim Minseok. He wants to be called Xiumin, hes the best player on the soccer team and popular. Im on the lower class citizens level that he never noticed me.

One day I stayed after school to study in the library so I went home when it got dark. I was walking across the street until brights light blinded me. It was a car speeding towards me and my body froze. Flashbacks of the day my parents died rushed inside my head as I felt sick and dizzy.

Suddenly a force pushed me away. I woke up on the ground and something on top of me, I look up and see Xiumin. "Xiumin?" "Hey u ok?" "Yes, but what happened.?" "I saw u in front of that speeding car so I pushed u out of the way." "Oh thank u but can u please get off? Ur squishing me." "Oh! Sorry!" He got on his feet and helped me up. We walked back on the sidewalk. "Thanks again for saving me." "No problem." I started walking but started to stumble because of my weak legs. "Hey" he helped me. "Let me take u home." "No its fine u did enough." "I want to." He looked me into the eyes and my heart bursted with nervousness and joy. "O-Ok." "Get on my back." "What no!" "Its fine I want u to get on." "Ok." I got on his back while holding onto his next tightly. He carried me home and I felt safe. His warm presence made my heart too excited. We finally had it to my place. "Thanks again." "No prob goodnight." He walked away.

Ever since that night hes been walking to school with me and walked me home. People would say how we should go out. And the funny thing is that we did end up going out! Xiumin is the sweetest boyfriend ever and I know we haven't been going out for a long time but I love him. Today im telling him about everything, how my parents died and how I have a fear of cars. I never told anyone about before but I feel like I can trust him. "Hey baby" he greeted me with a sweet kiss. "Hi oppa." "So what did u want to tell me" he asked as he sat down next to u on the park bench. "Uhhh I've never told anyone before but I know I can trust u oppa." "U can trust me because I love u." "Ok so when I was little I got into an car accident when I was seven. I survived, but my parents didnt. But because of the accident I have a fear for cars."

"That day when I pushed u away from that car....it was because of the accident." "Yea I can't go inside a car without having an panic attack." He hugged me tightly sudden. "Im so sorry I didnt know." "Thanks Minnie, I know I can trust." He cupped my cheek and kissed he,"I love u no matter what" he said. "I love u too." I knew I could trust him but after that day Xiumin changed. Hes been avoiding me and even moved school. I tried calling him but hes been missing my calls. I regret telling him.

I got a text from Xiumin one day telling me to meet him by the park. After avoiding me for days he decides to see me. I walked to the park and saw him. "Hey" he said. "U say hey to me after ignoring me for days?" "Let me explain." "Ok go." "We can't be together." "W-Why?" "Because of what happened to ur parents." "I knew I should have told. U think im a freak." "No its cuz of my dad ur parents are dead." "W-What are u talking about?" "My parents divorced when I was little because my dad wasn't the greatest man in the world. When I was little my mom heard my dad was speeding and hit a family of three. He killed the parents but the seven year old daughter lived. I wanted to meet the girl and apologies but I couldn't. Looking at her face knowing my dad killed her parents. But here I am." Tears were falling down my face and I stared at him as no words came out of my mouth. "Im so sorry y/n but I dont deserve forgiveness. This is goodbye but I love u." He walked away. He walked away from my life for good. I could have ran after telling him not to leave, but I couldn't. Because of his dad my parents are gone, because of him I have this fear.
