A desperate Naofumi charging into the swarming undeads as he using his skill hate reaction so that the enemy is pursuing him, Naofumi relentlessly provoke the undeads from place to place so he can gathered them into one place and....
" SHIELD PRISON ! " Naofumi called out his skill as dozen of shields imprisoned the swarming undeads
" CHANGE SHIELD ! " Naofumi called out again another one of his skill that stabs the undeads inside of it with a dozen of needles.
" Within this virgin of cold ore, who shall swallow even your screams with her embrace, suffer in anguish as your entire body is stabbed and skewered ! " Naofumi enchanted the special skill as the needles shield prison lifted up to the sky.
" IRON MAIDEN ! " Naofumi scream out loud as a massive iron maiden descend from the sky and seals the victim inside the needles shield prison, as Naofumi close his hand the iron maiden closed, sealing all the undeads inside of it.
The sealed iron maiden slowly faded dropping the undeads that sealed earlier. Naofumi's body become numb after the effect of using iron maiden which consume all of his mana, luckily he brought some supply drink which regenerates his psyche and mana. Naofumi drink it until he fully regain his mana and repeat what he do earlier on another village, what he do right now is the only thing he could do as a saint hero, he won't tolerate the loss of many people as long as he still breathing.
Place after place, village after village had been saved by Naofumi alone, he is not think of anything besides saving many lives as possible, he is struggle so desperately until reach a certain settlement.
At this rate, I can save what remains of this place, just a little bit longer. A panted Naofumi thought as he stare to the horde of another undead, Naofumi enchanted an iron maiden spell skill as the undeads have already gather up upon him. After the iron vanished, Naofumi look around cautiously searching for a remaining undead, but nothing on sight of his surroundings, he kneeled down as his body feels numb because the side effect of using iron maiden skill. I've eliminated every undead I could find, but the wave still ain't dissapear, what'd i missed? . Naofumi thought interrupted as a known voice called out to his name
" NAOFUMI-SAMAA...." Raphtalia could be seen running with a concerned look on her face along with Kirito's companion approaching a kneeled down Naofumi. " Why you leaving us back there and fight those things on yourself?! don't you know I'm terribly worried that you pulling out a stunt like that?! " A yelling Raphtalia hugged Naofumi tightly as her tears rain down on her cheeks worriedly.
Naofumi could only stare her with a small smile appears on his face " Sorry Raphtalia... " Naofumi hugged back Raphtalia to calm her down, Kirito and the others just staring at them softly.
" I'm Naofumi-sama's sword, its my sworn to always serve you by my side " Raphtalia says as she wiped her tears and smile warmly towards Naofumi
Naofumi responds her smile back " Yeah ". Naofumi try his best to stand up from his numb state " come on, the battle is not over " slowly Naofumi manage to get a hold of himself and regain his composure to stand tall.
" Yes" Raphtalia is also helping Naofumi to get back on his feet
" gee! Naofumi you shouldn't have ditched your friends like that, we still got your back you know " Kirito says as he slowly approaching Naofumi
" Yeah, I'm sorry everyone for doing that earlier " the barely standing Naofumi greeted everyone with a soft smile
" Forget it Naofumi-san, what's past have passed " Asuna reply him with a smile as well as everyone give their warm smile towards Naofumi
