CHAPTER 21 : EXCEED

A sound of clash between steels echoed throughout the empty hall of the Alddbell kingdom's castle. A fierce fight between Naofumi and his friends against the wave chevalier Orlando is undergoing intensely inside the castle, fight for what they believe and to rescue their fellow comrade is what motivates them to be able to hold off any of Orlando's vicious attack.

" Amazing, as expected from the shield demon " Orlando smirk while staring into his opponents eyes

Naofumi changes his shield into dog bite shield. As he commanded, the Cerberus head that steadied on his shield plunges into Orlando, but such a futile attack, he managed to block the Cerberus head's attack by his sword.

" Hah? attack me with this lamest attack wouldn't even scratch me " Orlando shouted as he hold Naofumi's Cerberus attack 

" Got you ! "

Unexpectedly, Raphtalia is readied herself at the rear of Orlando to attack him. Orlando shockedly glance right behind him as he is too busy dealing with the Cerberus before him. What the... . Orlando thought to himself as he watch Raphtalia in shocked

Raphtalia viciously slashing at Orlando's torso which make him fatally injured, the injured had to make him jump backwards to get a safe distance

he checked his wound around his torso as a large amount of blood pouring out of it " Damn girl, I didn't know you're that good, its just make you pricey than before " Orlando says as a gloomy purple covered his entire body and his wounds regenerate itself in highspeed " well, I guess there's no more kidding around this time " A sadistic smirk appears on Orlando face as a gloomy atmosphere surrounded him "when I finished you off boy, I'll take the girls with me and fetch me a nice souvenir " 

" Not if I annihilate you first, Raphtalia ! " Naofumi commanded Raphtalia to strike his opponent before him

" Yes " Raphtalia nodded and casting her magic " as the source of thy power I command thee, camouflage my being with all of illusion in this world, fast hiding " as she finished her enchants, she run towards Orlando

" Come here missy " Orlando readied himself to take Raphtalia head on

" Change shield ! " 

Naofumi suddenly casting a magic shield which appeared a soul eater shield in front of Orlando

" Crap...."

The shield immediately bite half of Orlando's body as his magic power being transferred to Naofumi

After the shield emptied Orlando's magic power he grin his teeth as he upsetly look Naofumi " you piece of sh- " 

Before even Orlando could mocking Naofumi, in a flash Raphtalia plunge herself towards him " HHYYYAAA " but such a tenacious opponent, Orlando manage to block and counter Raphtalia's attack.

Nonetheless, Raphtalia's fighting are second to none, she is able to dodge every Orlando's attack that are giving to her.

" Shield prison " Naofumi shout out to enchants a prison made of shield which imprison Orlando inside. Once again Orlando manage to break Naofumi's magic skill with his physical power 

" Firo ! Melty ! " Naofumi commanded his friends to do another strike 

A sudden strike from above is made by Firo while dropping her self with all her might to Orlando, creating a massive power with the helps of gravity Firo manage to make Orlando holds his ground, while Orlando busied with Firo Melty on the other side start casting off her magic 

"As the source of thy power, I command thee blast my enemy with the power of water, zweite aqua shoot " A powerfull current of water blast off towards Orlando making him struck down by the powerfull current of water.
