CHAPTER 18 : FALL

" Kirito, what should we do? " Klein cautiously asked to his partner as he look for an exit from the soldiers encirclement

" Firo will fight " Firo excitedly stated as she clench her fist 

As she hear Firo, Melty quickly hold Firo's shoulder " wait Firo, don't act recklessly, we're surrounded " she trying her best to holding Firo from doing brash about fighting the soldiers head on

Firo finally calmed down after being reminded by her best friend. Kirito still looks around him as he trying figure out on how to getting out of the situation, he definitely outnumbered and with a normal circumstances there's no way he could've fight his way out of this condition with charging head on. Shit, this is bad, I can't put Yui and the other kid's life in danger.

As the white-haired guy finally able to get on his feet, he shouted to the people around him " THIS GUY, HE IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE WAVE OF CALAMITY OCCURRED ALL THIS TIME, WE GOTTA APPREHEND THEM TO THE KING !!! ". The white-haired guy pointing towards Kirito and his friends. As expected, the public get tricked so easily, the people around Kirito and his friends insulted them already with trash talked.

" because of you I lost my son ! "

" Dirty pest ! "

" What an animal ! " 

" Piece of crap ! "

A lot of insult was said to Kirito ; Yui's eyes start teary as she had to heard her daddy getting mocked furiously. The stored tears continued to flow and the sobs wracked her body, robbing it of the ability to speak – barely allowing a breath to be drawn, Kirito seeing his daughter like that, he immediately hugged her tightly to comfort her.

As he staring the white-haired guy, Kirito could witness his wounds slightly regenerate. High speed regenerates, huh ? . Kirito draw his sword and pointing it towards the white-haired guy " You, I don't know who you are, but I challenge you to a duel " Kirito could no longer accept his name being trampled 

Many insulted delivered once again by the public as they heard Kirito's proposal " A people like you challenged the savior? what a joke ", " definitely he's gonna lose " , " Not a worth opponents to be battled ", Kirito just ignored what the people telling, he just death glaring towards the white-haired guy 

" If I win, let us walk out of here " Kirito stated still glaring at him

A wicked smirk engraved on his face " and if I win? " 

" leave these people alone, just take me with you " with a determined look Kirito is making a bet for the duel. Hearing his words, the white-haired guy nod in agreement with a devilish grin engraved on his face

" Fair enough " He says while bring up his weapon and grip it with his right hand, a weapon shaped like double-saber hold in his hand and he straightly put it on his shoulder " You guys, stay out of this " he tells the soldiers to draw back from the scene, as the leader noded and commanded his troops to stand idly watching from the back 

" Yui I need you to stand back for a while, this won't be long, okay? don't worry " Kirito warmly smile towards her daughter to comfort her, making sure her daughter put her faith  in him. 

Yui slowly let go off Kirito's arm, even she believe in him,  she got this uneasy feeling deep down of her hearts. Kirito just stood still while staring towards his opponents, he grip his sword tightly as he prepared for the fight, he take up his usual stance.

Just as soon as he readied himself, in a flash he charges towards his opponents with a full strength " HHHHYYAAAAAA " Kirito shouted 

But as expected from the so called savior by these people, he blocked Kirito's attack and didn't flinched a bit as if Kirito's attack didn't affect to him. Apperently Kirito is not finished with that single attack, he quickly pull back his sword from clashing with his opponent and change his direction of slash to the left side of the torso.
