CHAPTER 30 : PART OF HER

" Asuna! Quick heal him! " Kirito commanded as he dash towards the unconscious Naofumi whose lying flat on the pool of blood.

" Right away! " following Kirito, Asuna dashing while enchanting her magic to immediately heal the wounded Naofumi. " by the name of the goddess i command thee to bestow a gift upon the shield hero, DIVINE CRUSADER! " 

As Asuna finished her incantation, a bright aura filled with miracle suddenly appear surroundings Naofumi's comatose body, closing the wound all over his body magically. Apart from her effort, Naofumi haven't open his eyes yet. This could only mean one thing, its either he still needs time for his recovery or even worse....

A sorrowful atmosphere filled the air as they gathered around Naofumi. Crying is not a fitted word for Raphtalia and Firo, they burst in tears as they hug tightly The comatose state body of their important family. Asuna and Leafa can be seen struggling enchanting their magic as they tried really hard to bring Naofumi back to life even though they burst in tears.

" He'll make it, right Asuna-san? " Leafa stated in trembled 

" Yeah...definitely..." The same with Asuna as she cast her healing magic with all her might

Klein with a saddened eyes turn his gaze toward Kirito who stand still beside him " hey Kirito..." Klein could be seen his tears begans to fall as Kirito just blankly stare at Naofumi 

" This is....this is like that time... " a mumbling could be heard from Kirito as he recall what happens before. After a set period of time, he finally once again encountered by his worst fear since the SAO incident, Death

By the time he set foot on this world he knew that the world around him is no longer virtually projected as he feels inside the game, the pain, the joy of happiness, even the surroundings feels real to him such as when he stuck inside SAO, and yet once again he couldn't save his companion 

" Hey snap out of it! " Klein resuscitate Kirito from his chain of thought 

Kirito hanged his head low " Huh? ah sorry, just a little bit lost for a sec" he stated with a grieve

" Say Klein, is this worth it?, Naofumi sacrifice himself just to save me, all of you accompanied him just to make him gave up his life for us. Does this mean that i'm still weak? first sadchi and the others back there and now him? " a mumbled full of sorrow coming out of Kirito's mouth

A sudden shot of fist landed on Kirito's face as he got knocked down " ERASE THAT KIND OF THOUGHT OUT OF THAT THICK SKULL OF YOURS " Klein angrily grab Kirito by the collar and give him a threatening glare even though his eyes covered by the tears, his intention was to wash away the despair kind of thought that been bothering his best friend head earlier, but his way might actually kind of rash, which is caught everyone attention inside the room.

As soon as possible Sinon and Yuuki get on their feet and act to separate the black-haired swordman from Klein's grasp, as if Naofumi's condition already bad and now this...

" klein-san knock it off already ! " Sinon tried her best to separate him from clutching Kirito

" Yeah, you gotta keep it together! " Yuuki yell at him to loosen him up a bit

Along with Yuuki's help, Sinon finally able to drag away Klein from clutching Kirito, she knew that Klein is also grieving and terrified at the same time because she also feels the same, that's why she tried her best not to lose her mind and prevent her morale decreased.

" we can't just leave him " Kirito slowly get on his feet and drag his feet approaching Naofumi as he pass the others and started lifting Naofumi's right arm and put it on his shoulder " I'm sure there's something we can do, we gotta take him home " Kirito says as he pleadingly gave everyone a gaze
