CHAPTER 15 : NIGHT REST

" Quickly Goshujin-sama, Yui-chan and the others have waited for us at the terrace of the house " Firo says as she pull Naofumi's sleeves telling him to get stop from brewing a medicine like he usually done

" Firo, you're pushing too hard on Naofumi-sama " watching Firo's attitude make Raphtalia feels unsettled, she snaps on Firo that be too annoying to Naofumi

Feels a bit annoyed, Firo turn her glance towards Raphtalia with mocking look on her face " Booh~, Onee-chan your too noisy " 

" N-Noisy?! I'm not noisy " Raphtalia flinched in surprise as she heard what Firo just said to her

" Yeah, onee-chan you're so fussy about everything booho~ "Firo mocking Raphtalia by sticking out her tongue 

Raphtalia : " Im not ! " 

Firo : " yes you are~ " 

Raphtalia : " Im not ! "

Firo : " Yes you are onee-chan " 

Naofumi can't stand out to this kind of situation, he never get peacefulness once those two had started to argue about " Hoi hoi that's enough you two, the others already waiting for us outside, lets not make them wait any longer " at least its reasonable to calm them down

Hearing this, Firo jumped in excitement and immediately give him a hugged " Okaaayy~ " , she smiles warmly towards Naofumi. But as usual, Naofumi's reaction flatly look away from Firo

Raphtalia could only bear to staring jealousy towards Firo, she pouting as she cross her arm " hmmmmm...." 

" Lets go " Naofumi walks outside as she holding Firo and Raphtalia's hand to come with him, he knew exactly what kind of tension that happening between them, so he would rather take their both hand to come with him, something he would do for keeping his family at peace

Once they're all outside, Kirito and the others had waited with a long face, Melty on the other hand is busy having a little chat with Lisbeth and Silica. " Is it done yet Naofumi? " Kirito ask annoyingly as he no longer can redeem his friends resentment.

Naofumi rubbed the back of his back " Sorry everyone, there's something we need to take care of back there " 

Firo cheerfully greeted the others outside of the house " Hii, everyone " 

As they witness Firo's cheerfully smile, the resentment of others suddenly a bit decreased, seems like they've already forgive Naofumi for he's being so slow " Hi Firo-chan " Yuuki responds to Firo

Yui is also responds to Firo with a smile " ah Firo-chan " 

" Alright, everyone seems here already, lets not waste any time here " Naofumi suggest everyone as he walks towards the cart

Everyone nod in agreement as they following Naofumi and aboard the cart, they seems excited enough as they're about to have a family trip to Yggdrasil, Firo changing into her bird form and prepare herself to give everyone a ride, as everyone had aboard the cart Firo enthusiasm enough pulling the cart and thus begin their trip. 

The trip goes smoothly as they cheerfully enjoy the ride with highspeed pace, except for Raphtalia, because of her motion sickness that hasn't been resolved. Once they reach some kind of a river, they stopped nearly to it as Raphtalia take care of her motion sickness with the helps of Naofumi while the others are having fun on the riverbanks. Such as before while in melromarc, Firo eyes was fiery when she's about to catch a fish, and with a little swift she manages caught the targeted fish

" Goshujin-sama, tonight's dinner is fish grilled, okay? " Firo called out to Naofumi as she trying her best to hold the fish down

Naofumi that treating Raphtalia take a quick look on Firo. " alright but go look for the ingredients then " Naofumi return his attention towards the dizzied Raphtalia and continue his treating

" Ookaayy~ " Firo cheerfully responds as she trying knocked the fish unconscious

Yui and Melty approaching Firo and give her an aid " Firo-chan, lets search for the ingredients together "  Yui is also helping with the fish along with Melty 

On other hand, Kirito and Asuna are having a spend valuable time together witnessing the sunset sitting on the riverbanks. As for Lisbeth, Silica, and Yuuki currently are also having fun playing in the water together, Klein just flat peacefully-looking sleep as if he is enjoys the atmosphere.

Sinon slowly approaching Naofumi that treating Raphtalia,  Noticing her presence Naofumi take a quick glance at Sinon, looking through her expression, he knows already that something on her mind " What's wrong? you don't seem to pleased taking a break here " 

" Huh? no, I actually enjoy we're having a stop by here " Sinon take a seat besides Raphtalia and looking at her in concerned. " Anyway, how is Raphtalia-san? "

Staring into sinon's eyes for a second then Naofumi continued drinking Raphtalia the motion sickness's medicine " She's getting better "

" That's right Sinon-san, I'm okay " Raphtalia responds with a smile towards Sinon

" Really? glad to hear that then Raphtalia-san " Sinon sighed shortly along with relieved on her face  

 " There's something on your mind I presume, Sinon " Naofumi flatly staring into Sinon's eyes as he could recognize just by seeing it 

Hearing this make Sinon Flinched in surprise as she turn her gaze towards Naofumi quickly " Yeah, I wanna know just to be sure, what exactly occurred a couple of days ago when the skies turn red all of sudden? " 

Naofumi : " Didn't Kirito already told you about what happen yesterday ? " 

Sinon shakes her head responding to him as she just staring curiously towards him , Naofumi doesn't exactly have any choice but to fill her in with the situation they were in, beside with a keen eyes of her maybe she even able to gather up any more intel, especially with her recon skills.

What a pain. Naofumi start fill in Sinon based on what he got yesterday about the situation they were currently facing. Time fly goes by as everyone do the things their desired until comes nightfall while everyone setting up a campfire as they intended to have a camping overnight on the riverbanks, a cheerfulness, Laughs, and other excitement atmosphere filled the dark of the night around that place even though it used to be quite as it no other people around there in the middle of the night at that time. 

As usual, Naofumi would cooked the dinner for them but this time he got help from the beserker healer who happens to be a really good at cooking, as they both finished with their cooking, right after they served it Firo head straightly for the first bite and after she eat it properly, her eyes glowed in enjoyment signing how good it was in her mouth

" Firo-chan you really like eating a lot, ain't you? " Asuna ask along with a smile towards the still eating Firo

Hearing this, Firo turn her attention to Asuna as she still chewing her food " yup, Firwo rweallwy like fwoods " Firo forcefully speaking when she still chewing the foods on her mouth

"Hey Firo, eat it properly " Raphtalia immediately scolded her 

Firo immediately chewing properly as she nod with a gloomy face " okay, okay " As Raphtalia scolded her, everyone just laughs witnessing how they've become like a mother and daughter 

As they finished having a pleasant time frolic to each other while having a dinner, time have passed shortly and everyone fall a sleep except for Kirito who wandering off around of that place, he just seems unsettled by his hunch that suddenly occured inside of him, he feels like there's something terrible waiting lies ahead of him but he still don't know about it, just as before the wave of calamity occured a few days ago
