Chapter 1

It was past 3 o'clock in the morning when Jungkook came home. He's actually living on his own and got a condo unit but he decided to go to his parents' house first to take a bath there since it's just a few miles away from the bar. He felt so sticky. He enjoyed what happened between Sohye and him but he still feel the needs of scrubbing the crud off of his body.

He didn't bother to press the door bell and went inside. He knows that if his father see him at that hour, drunk, there will be a non-stop life lecture from him. And he hates that.

The house is so spacious considering that the maids and his parents were only living there. He's an only child. Maybe he's lucky for some people because he's the only heir of the company and wealth but whatever, he's still living a lonely life despite of having everything he needs in life.

Jungkook decided to use the bathroom beside the spacious kitchen since it's nearer and he can go out straight right after. When he turned on the lights in the kitchen, he saw Yeontan, a 3-month old pomeranian dog given to him by his friend, Taehyung--staring at him and ready to bark so he stopped in the midway of the kitchen.

He's not really a dog lover. Taehyung just gave it to him despite knowing the fact that he hate dogs. Nonetheless, Jungkook just accepted it because he felt bad for Yeontan, so he took him to his parents' house and let them take care of him.

"Shhhhh,"

Putting his pointing finger onto his lips, he commanded silence to the dog and walk sideways step by step that if ever someone's gonna caught him walking like that, he will be mistaken as a thief.

"I really don't like dogs..."

He said when he saw Yeontan glaring at him and gnashing his teeth. That moment he knew, the dog is ready to bark at him so quickly turned the lights off and went straight at the bathroom. He let out a deep breath, feeling somewhat relief that he didn't bark at him.

After taking a bath, he went outside using the backdoor of the kitchen, he climbed off the side gate because the front gate has an alarm and he will be caught if he pass through it.

He drove his way to his condo and took a rest before going back to the office at 6 o'clock in the morning.

Jungkook

I woke up tired and disoriented. My head hurts and I feel like it's being pound above my neck. Damn it. I should really try not to drink and go to the bar if I have work tomorrow. As soon as I stepped inside my building wearing a black suit while holding a case, everyone greeted and bowed to me but I just walked passed by them.

The girl employees were staring at me and I saw them sharing noticeable glances. Some were whispering to each other as soon as they saw me passing by near them. I was walking straight wearing my usual poker face.

"Omg, did you hear? Mr Jeon's secretary already resigned, how unlucky,"

"That girl, Lisa is so stupid for resigning in that position, I'd die to be his secretary! He's so hot,"

"I think I might try to work as his new secretary!"

I rolled my eyes from what I've heard but I was too tired to call them out for talking shit and more shit early in the morning.

I headed towards the elevator and when it opened, some employees left, but some were still inside and didn't notice me. But when one of the employees saw me standing in front of the opened elevator, glaring at them, he quickly pushed the other to go outside, bowed their heads and apologized.
