Jimin was waiting and sitting in sluggish position in the chair. His back automatically straightened when he saw Jungkook walking and talking with the board members. The investors who came for the meeting bid goodbye to Jungkook.

While talking to some, Jungkook took a glance in Jimin who's still waiting for his cue to enter the office and start the interview. Jimin saw him excused himself to the businessmen he was talking to earlier. He was walking towards his direction like he a part of modelling agency out there. He could actually end those models' career, honestly speaking.

"Sorry, Mr Park. That was just a meeting with some investors' business proposals. So, shall we proceed to the interview?"

Jungkook told him. He was smiling at him. Jimin can't explain but there's something like evil from that smile. Is he some kind of demon or what?

Jungkook lead the way to his office and Jimin just followed him. As soon as they entered the office, Jimin was looking around the room. It was really clean and neat. There's an addictive scent he can smell.

"Have a seat," He gestured him to sit on the chair. There was a table between them. The table was not that huge but it's enough for Jimin to hide his nervousness. His hand was slightly trembling.

"So, I won't ask you something 'irrelevant' and also, I'm not going to beat around the bush..." He told him and put an imaginary quotation mark in the air when he emphasized the word 'irrelevant'

Maybe he still remember that night when he asked him if he was a relevant person for him to know Jungkook's identity. He couldn't say anything, and trying his best not to interrupt him from speaking.

"Tell me something about your experience in your past job," Jungkook asked. His veiny hands were both on the table.

Jimin cleared his throat before answering.

"It was great, Sir. Providing high level clerical and administrative support to the company executives was not easy at first but just like what everybody says, there's no easy job. You need to work hard for it and of-"

"Okay, stop I've heard enough," Jungkook cut him. He firmed his grip on the pen he was holding. Isn't it rude to cut whatever he was going to say?

"I'm just asking you about your experience, so maybe you should stop giving me aphorism and just be specific,"

He swallowed a lump. It was his first time to encounter a CEO like him. Maybe this will also be the first time that he will choke someone to death.

"I'll take that as an advice, Sir..."
Jungkook was looking on his resume. He turned it on the second page and look at him once again. Jimin maintained an eye contact to him.

"Jimin...right?"

"Yes, sir."

"Okay, Jimin. Do you believe in the saying that 'first impression lasts'?"

"No?"

"What's with the uncertainty? You're not sure?"

"No. I don't think that first impression lasts. First impressions are important but I don't think it's everything. Sometimes we see a person in a different way that they really are. But knowing a person is what forms an opinion, plus we can't judge a person only by meeting once," Jimin answered firmly.

Jungkook clapped slowly to his answer and bowed his head on the table as if he was a sight that filled him with awe and reverence. Just for that answer? That was effortless. The question was as easy as ABC. He sensed something different on him, like he was trying to point out something that isn't relevant and connected to the job interview they were doing.
