Chapter 15

Jungkook

I sat at the edge of my bed and run my fingers through my hair in frustration. Everything is finally sinking in to my brain. It's not that I kissed Jimin because I want him to experience how to be kissed, out of nowhere I felt heat and urge that inclined me to do taste his delicious lips.

I tried to sleep but I just kept on turning and tossing myself on the bed. I can't get rid out of my mind what I did to Jimin last night. I didn't know what gotten in to me why I did that.

His lips are so inviting and I'm sure his body too. It's obvious, anyone could be gay for him. But when I remember that he's on my father's side, I'd set aside the lust I feel for him, besides I don't know him personally and I'm still puzzled with the thought if I can trust him. The promise of easy money is always the lure for some people specially to those who are in need, so Jimin will take it I know. And knowing dad, he would offer bigger pay than mine if he can. All I need to do is to be cunning enough to beguile Jimin. If I have to pretend that I have feelings for him, or if I have to use all of my wiles to get his side, I would. Dad is smart, but I'm smarter.

My father cannot be easily fooled. He planned everything. From hiring Jimin to be my secretary and espy me. Why is he doing that? Because I can't accept his wife and their child. Why would I? They cheated on my mom. My mom who did nothing but to love him and give all of herself to him. He doesn't want me to put dirt and shame on our name but he already did. He's just smart enough to cover all of it on media and on the eyes of everyone. If he can do that on his own wife, of course he can do that on his own son.

I can't just give up this company to everyone. Yes, my father was the one to put me in this position but this grew with all of my mom's sacrifices. I can't bear to see this company in the hands of others. I won't let that happen, and I won't let my Mom's hardships in this company to put in waste. This is the only memory of my mom that I have with me.

"Good morning, Mr Jeon. Do you want some coffee?"

I snapped on my thoughts when Jimin suddenly appeared on sight, asking me if I want coffee.

"No thanks," I simply said. I'm not in the mood for coffee today.

"Okay, I'll just get back to work." He said before turning his back to me.

"Jimin," I called him out and he turned to face me. Poker faced.

I haven't seen him smiling at work yet.

"You need to smile often, your expression is depressing me," I said and chuckled. He pursed his lips and constraining himself.

"I will," He replied before walking away.

I stretched my arms and rotated my seat to face the window beside my table. I can see Jimin's reflection on the window. He's busy typing something on the computer. I can't help myself from staring at him more when he crease his eyebrows, eyes were too focused on the computer and keeps on biting his lips and tilting his head whenever he type something wrong on the keyboard.

I'm so fucking bored today. I just pulled out my phone from my pocket and search for the best countries to spend my summer vacation even if it's one month before summer. Last night, I had accidentally watched a summer vlog from someone and they kept on saying things like "Oh my gosh, it's really hot in here" "I'm sweating a lot, it's so hot in this country" but I ended up making a dummy account and commented "Stupid vlogger for putting 'my summer vlog' on her video and complaining about how hot the weather is when it's literally summer, I hope someone burn you alive." which gained 10k likes.

Stupid vloggers with stupid cheap video contents.

Few minutes later, a knock on the door was heard. Jimin immediately stood up to check who it was. Since Jimin's working table is nearer at the door and my table is is on the side, the girl who entered the office didn't notice me. I squinted my eyes and tried to remember her face or where did I saw her but I just can't remember, abd while looking at her, she's beautiful, she's also wearing an office suit and her ID lace says that she's from marketing department of this company.
