I swallowed hard as I stood rooted in my spot. Yeah, the person that needed an outfit made was none other than the Queen of the Wolves, Nine Lunen. I dialed the number that Ian gave me just to speak to the woman herself. There was a masquerade ball she and her husband were going to attend in six months and she needed an outfit for it.

Ian knew about this as he was there when she was personally handed the invitation from the Prime Minister of Italy himself. Knew that she had no one yet to create her regal outfit for the ball. Once he found out about my talent, he knew I could be the one to help out. If I made her outfit, I would be known just as much as she was throughout the world.

"Could you do this for me?" Nina pleaded over the line.

"I... Yes, of course!!"

There was a relieved sigh that was more than audible down the phone line. "Thank you. Thank you so much. I'll be able to call you next week with what I'm thinking for my outfit."

"Yah, sure." My stomach twisted a bit as anxiety and fear hit me. Was I ready for this? She was hounded every day for her time. Could I be as strong as she was once the world hears I made her outfit?

Then my mind saw Ian. A calm washed over me knowing he could tell me how to deal with all the press I'd get. He wouldn't have offered me this chance if he saw any problems for me in the future. I had faith in him to keep me safe in anything and everything.

She bid me her goodbyes before I pressed off on my phone. Once I do this, I might just have to quit my current job. It's something I had only dreamt about for so many years, but never believed that it could ever happen. To believe that I could use my talent to survive on was more than I could ever ask for. Was this even real?

Looking at the clock, I breathed out knowing that I had an hour before Ian was going to be here for out official second date. This time, I was going to have a small suitcase with a change of clothes for the next few days. I may not feel comfortable just yet to have clothes in a drawer at his place, but I could have a suitcase for staying over.

Taking time, I packed my bags and got ready. I felt so beautiful as I dressed in a knee length dress in the front and dipped down to the back of my ankles in the back. The front was an empire waist halter top that had my back out. The v-neck showed my breasts just enough to be sexy but not sensual.

There was a knock on the door, I sighed ready for tonight to happen. My hand lifted as I walked past my coffee table ready to be on our date. I just didn't know that I wouldn't get any closer to the door as green glowing cuffs wrapped around my wrists and the green glowing chains yanks me backwards from the front door. I screamed out as I was brought down to the ground.

My eyes went right to Colt who smirked before tossing a green glowing collar that went straight for my neck. There was a sharp pound on my door as Colt pulled me over to the balcony where he stood. Once to his feet, he pulled me to kneel before him bound.

Tears sprang to my eyes as Ian burst through my door with his eyes ablaze. He was trying to rescue me from Colt, but didn't know what he was barging into. All he could do was watch me be ported away from him.

My hand reached out against the chains before the world turned to a cloud of green. The color of Colt's otherworldly magic that he only used at my Grandmother's command. It was the terms of his servitude to her after his transgression against her when she was in her twenties. He was ageless, while we weren't.

~~Ian's Point of View~~

I roared as I lunged toward her balcony. They were gone even before I was close. My mate was just taken from me moments before our date was to take place. He had taken her and she didn't want to go. The fear on her face twisted my insides.
