Him & I - Nick Mara

Chapter 5

The weeks were going by pretty normally. I went to my classes in the morning and then I would chill at the house for the rest of the day. Me and Nick would hangout occasionally but, ever since the whole kissing incident we've been real distant.

I missed having him around like it used to be. Most of the time I hangout with Ansley, Maggie, and Izzy. Sammi comes around sometimes but for the most part she's with Zion. Me and her aren't really that close because she tends to have an attitude with me but, that's not my problem. My main concern was fixing things with me and Nick.

This weekend was the perfect opportunity because it was his birthday. Nick was gonna be 22 so I had to make his party special. I decided that I was gonna plan him a surprise birthday party and make him a memory box with pictures of me and him in it. 

It was Monday so I had until Friday to plan this party and have everything ready. I needed to get Nick out of the house so I could start planning with everyone else so I texted Zion because he was the perfect person to stall.

I need to get everyone together to plan Nick a surprise party for this weekend but I need someone to get him out of the house.

Say no more I got you. He's been telling me that he needs to go shopping for a new fit to wear this weekend and go to the barber shop so I'll just take him to do all that stuff today.

Okay thanks guys! Just meet me in the Living room. Zion just left to take Nick to the mall so they'll be occupied for a while.

After texting everyone I called Nick's Mom and Dad and Brothers and invited them for the weekend. They said they would fly down and get here on Thursday. I was gonna pick them up and take them to their hotel so Nick doesn't find out they are coming.

After a few minutes everyone was downstairs so we could start our meeting. We all decide that Nick's party should just be Close friends and family since he isn't a big fan of extra birthday plans. We were gonna all go out to dinner together and then go to the beach afterwards because we're gonna rent an area with a cabana and jet skis.

After calling multiple place to make reservations and booking hotels for everyone who was flying in, we were exhausted. My pockets were officially empty and my debit card was crying for help but at least Nick was gonna be happy.

After Nick and Zion got home, we all decided to just chill for the rest of the day.
