The next morning Nina woke up to the smell of bacon and eggos, she rolled off the pull out couch in the office and headed to the bathroom to brush her teeth. She tied her long brown wavy hair up and made her way downstairs to the kitchen. El greeted her with a hug.

"Good morning Nina. Coffee?" Nina gives a quick nod and smiles while Hopper pours her a large mug of black coffee. He passes her a plate of eggos waffles, scrambled eggs and bacon along with her coffee. He sits down across from her with his own plate.

"Thank you, Hopper." He smiles at her before he takes a bite.

"I mentioned to you certain conditions you have to follow if you stay here. If you're going to be under my roof you have to follow my rules and listen to me."

"Okay. I can do that." Nina takes a sip of her coffee. El gets up to grab a second helping of eggos.

"You have to go to school while you're here," said Hopper. Nina is shocked; she's smart, she was educated when she was in the lab. She reads and knows her multiplication by heart; the girl is even fluent in French. The whole studying and educating part was never the problem but the social situations were never her forte.

"I not doing that!" her attempt at being a polite, quiet girl was on the verge of flying out the window.

"Well, you're going to if you stay here. Next, you have to be careful with your powers. The lab may not be open anymore but we don't need anyone figuring anything out or bringing more attention to ourselves. Got it?" He stared at her until she answered.

"Fine." she bit her tongue in the attempt to hold back what she really felt.

"Good. Now today I have to be a the station all day so do you mind watching over El? Her friends are coming over tonight so I'll leave some money for pizza and the phone number is on the fridge."

"Yeah sounds good, get some sister bonding and I'll finally meet the gang." El was quick to correct her "the party."

"It definitely will be a party." Nina lets out a bit of a laugh. She still thinking of how she can get of going to school but that is a fight for another day.

"El can leave if her friends come to pick her up. You don't have to be with her all the time. If you want to leave you'll need this." Hopper passes her a key to the house. "I'll see you girls tonight. Save me a slice or two of pizza."

Hopper grabbed his things gave El a hug and left. El and Nina finish their breakfast and get ready for the day. They sit in the living room together and watch 'The Jetsons' together.

"This is a really nice house" Nina tries to make small talk. "Yes, it is a lot better than our last place, the cabin in the woods." Nina shoots El a look of confusion "You lived in a cabin in the woods? That is almost as bad as being raised in a lab." They both giggled. "I'm glad you're here Nina. I wish Kali was too." Nina nodded in agreement "me too kid."

"So what can you do with your powers?" asked El. "Well I'm like you, I can move things with my mind. Do you know Sue Storm? The Invisible Woman?" El shook her head. "Well I'm like her but I also get visions of the future."

"Bitchin!" said El. "I guess so. I heard that you can find people with just a photo. Now that is Bitchin!" Nina said with a grin.

The doorbell rang over and over again. Nina mumbles under her breath while making her way to the door. She opened the door to a bunch of kids, while a curly-haired boy continued to ring the doorbell until he made eye contact with Nina. There are four boys and a redhead girl all looking at Nina with a baffled look.
