I sigh as I look over my outfit that I have chosen for the Ellen, I think it might be too instagram like for this interview but the interview is starting soon. My day has been slightly hectic, I've had to do business calls for Kylie Cosmetics and Fenty Beauty. I then had a short interview and a performance with The Real, once that finished I had to quickly make my way over to Ellen's studio.

I'm going to be performing Confessions of a Superstar today and I just know that a lot is going to go down.

"Welcome to the stage, Kylie." I step out onto the stage, smiling at the audience members before greeting Ellen.

Once I take a seat, I blow everyone a kiss before taking off my sunglasses and placing it on the table.

"Kylie, it has been such a long time." Ellen comments and a few people scream. "Where have you been?"

"I've been travelling around, gaining inspiration and working on this album of mine." I thoughtfully say. "And what a journey it has been."

"The album is absolutely phenomenal and the music videos bring everything back to a simpler time." I nod my head in agreement. "For the most part, you worked this album alone."

"I did." I softly say.

"You mentioned that you left your previous record label." I nod my head. "Why?"

"Because I was tired. The life that I was living had gotten tiring and I lost my spark." I sigh, "I wasn't happy at all and I felt like a robot which I detail in my song Confessions of a Superstar."

"The vocals itself were quite sad and I even found myself tearing up." I feel my bottom lip tremble and Ellen hands me a tissue which I gratefully take. "When did you realise that... that it was time to go?"

I clear my throat, preparing myself for this moment. The moment where I would finally let the public know and I know that it will change everything.

"The moment was when..." I choke on my words so I take a deep breath and dab at the corner of my eyes. "That moment came when my sister witnessed me overdosing."

You could literally hear a pin drop in the room, even Ellen had nothing to say so I continue.

"I had gone into a dark place which was very hard to get out off and it didn't help that my so called friends were dragging me in deeper." I hear people gasping so I close my eyes. "I overdosed in my home and if it hadn't been for my sister being there, I would have died. After that I sold the home, bought myself out of my contract and left the city."
