The story is written in the past tense, but your thoughts (italics) are in the present and it is all in your POV because changing the POV is too complicated for me. *cough* I'm lazy *cough*.

Just a warning, because you are in class 1-A, there cannot be 21 students. Whenever you take someone's place in something, e.g: paired with someone in the training exercise or whatever, we have to just imagine the person who is place you have taken just doesn't exist, sounds mean but how else was it going to work? When the activity is over they will exist again okay?

Because this is a soulmate AU, there will be other soulmate pairs like Izuku + Ochaco and Shoto + Momo. Please do not kill me Tododeku shippers.

Also, if you are thinking "There's not enough cussing from Bakugo in this story!" That's because I got all the lines in here straight from the anime. I wanted to keep this PG 13.

If you think I got a character's line wrong then great, I guess my hearing is broken. I gave some lines that characters say for you to say instead. Also, if you think I missed some lines it is because I didn't want to write out EVERY. SINGLE. ONE. Because even though this kind of is an 'If you went to UA' story, I do not want to bore you so yeah.

Edit: ALSO! (Y/N) is quite an informal person when it comes to her peers and will call them all by their first names. They will also call her (Y/N) in return.

PROLOGUE:

In this world, as soon as someone is born, there are words imprinted on their wrist. These words make the first sentence that their soulmate will speak to them. (Y/F/N), is one of those unfortunate people who have something not particularly... pleasant written on their wrist.

'What the hell did you just say?' This is what is on their wrist.

It makes them ponder if maybe they were the one who spoke first, or they said something offensive to them that they overheard but was not directly to them.

Their mother tried to convince them to cover it up, but they were 100% against that idea. They wanted to show people that they were not ashamed of the crude words written on their wrist, so they made sure that people at least took notice of them.

This is their story.
