Chapter 65 - Hero Too

Its was 7:50am and Izuku went off to go buy the rope.

"Be back quick, okay! Remember we can't do this without you!" I grinned at him. He nodded and took off in a light jog. He was training with All Might that morning so he didn't have as much time.

I was so nervous the whole morning. The time was now 8:15 and there where no signs of him coming back. He said that it was 15 mintes away, with him running he should've been back by now. There was still plenty of time though, so I didn't worry too much.

Another 15 minutes went by and it was now half past. An hour and a half until our performance. Maybe they didn't have rope where he said and had to go to a different place.

Yet again, 15 minutes went by and Izuku was still not back.

"It's almost time! I'm getting nervous!" cried Denki.

"Ahh! Me too!" I slapped my hands on my face. Momo told us to calm down a little. We were all already in our band shirts except Katsuki, of course. "Katsuki," he was sitting and I wrapped my arms around his neck and placed my chin on his head from behind, "we had these shirts made for the performance so be a dear and put yours on." he grunted and went out to put it on.

I especially liked the dance outfits. They were cute and fun. The purple contrasted with the yellow really well. I would've loved to put one on but it might've been a bit hard to play the guitar in a skirt like that.

Katsuki came back in the room and I looked at the time. 8:51am. I snorted.

"Hey Denki."

"Yeah?"

"How many minutes till our performance?" I said trying not to smile. He took out his phone and looked at the time for a couple seconds before laughing.

"You guys are so immature." Katsuki stared at us.

"Okay, Kacchan-"

"(Y/N), don't call me that."

"Okay :( " I decided to send Izuku a text to see where he was.

Izuku, maybe hurry up a little>

Izu, where tf are you?>

9:13am

You could at least answer me!>

IZUKU FREAKING MIDORIYA WHERE THE HELL ARE YOU?! I DON'T CARE IF YOU'RE LATE ANYMORE JUST TELL ME THAT YOU'RE OKAY!>

9:38am

Izuku . . . you meanie, where are you, I'm worried, everyone is . . .>

At this point, my nerves about performing were miniscule compared to the ones for Izuku. Where the heck is he? I swear to god, if this boy has gotten involved with something again imma smack the life out of him. First I'll hug him- but I'll still hit him!

It was 9:50am and I was freaking out. I was about to send Izuku another text when suddenly, he came through the door panting and . . . bruised up?!

"Izuku!" I hugged him and then whacked him on the head. "Where the hell have you been?! We've all been worried sick you idiot!"

"S-sorry," he rubbed his head where I had hit it. "I'll tell you later-"
