Bet you weren't expecting me :)

"Katsuki!" I exclaimed, sitting up straight on his bed. He was at his desk and he turned around in his chair to face me.

"What is it, dumbass?" he chuckled.

"I just realised that we've never actually gone on a date . . . even though we've been dating for like 7 months."

"Oh damn, you're right." He sighed and looked as if he was thinking. "Ok, come here. Let me finish my work and then we can plan something." I internally celebrated and jumped off his bed to go to him. He grabbed my hand and pulled me on top so I was facing him. I squeezed him tight and he pressed a kiss on the side of my face before rubbing my back and carrying on with his work.

I was content with just sitting on his lap while he finished his work. The rhythm of his soft breathing and the sound of his pencil gliding across the paper made me sleepy but he said he would be done soon so I would stay awake.

About 10 minutes passed by and he was still working. I drew little patterns on his back and buried my face in the crook of his neck.

"You done yet?" I half whispered half whined.

"Yeah, just finishing the last sentence." He wrote for a few more seconds. I heard the clatter of his pencil being thrown down on his desk. His let out a sigh and leaned back in his chair to wrap his arms around me and hug me back.

"So, I have an idea of where we could go." I mumbled.

"I'm listening."

"On Sunday, there's going to be a fireworks festival near my house, so I was thinking... we could go there." I grinned.

"Depends . . . will I get to see you in a yukata?" He smirked. I playfully smacked his chest.

"Katsuki!"

"You haven't answered my question." he said in a 'matter of factly' tone. I sealed my lips and turned my face away from his as if I was telling him I wasn't going to answer. "Not going to answer, huh? Well then . . . I guess I'll just have to make you." He held my face in his hand to turn and face him, he was firm but not forceful.

He then pulled my face so that our lips would touch, I tried to climb off his lap but he placed his hands on his desk either side of me so I couldn't escape. I finally gave in and kissed him back, I felt him grin against my lips when I did so. My hands travelled up to his face to kiss him better and once I knew he was satisfied, I pulled away. I pressed a soft kiss on his forehead.

"Alright, I'll wear a yukata."

When Sunday finally rolled around I woke up with a clear mind, looking forward to what was going to come that day. I had never been on a date with Katsuki and I was getting but was soon getting buterflies, you know, the good kind, the kind that make you feel like your floating. I hadn't been this giddy about spending time with him in forever, not that he didn't give me butterflies every time he looked at me . . . it's just that these ones felt special.

I received a text from Eijiro.
