1: The Beginning

                                              There existed two gods in the beginning, Chronos, God of Time (Not to be confused with Cronus who was the father of Zeus) and Ananke (Goddess of Destiny). Their children were the Moirai (sisters of fate), the Horae( goddesses of seasons) and Phanes (God of Creation).
Chronos and Ananke made a Cosmic Egg (aka World Egg) out of which the universe came into existence. Erebus (God of Darkness), Nyx (Goddess of Night), Gaia(Goddess of Earth) and Earth(along with the Underworld) also came from the Egg.
