Grace.

If there was one word to describe the blonde haired Tyrell girl as she moved throughout the garden, it would be exactly that.

Grace.

It wasn't an odd occurrence to see the girl of ten and seven to be wandering down the flower lined paths this time of day, a content smile on her face and her eyes filled with joy. The different smells of lavenders, roses, and various other southern flowers filled her senses and brought a wave of peace over her body. A girl with darkened hair followed closely behind her; close enough to not feel uninvited, but also making sure to give the lady some space.

"Adelaide," A soothing voice hit the girl's ears, causing a wider smile to immediately come over the blonde's features. Looking up from the flower she admired, she saw a golden head of curls making their way towards her with a bright smile to match his happy tone.

The younger girl smiled and stepped away from the flower bed, meeting her older brother half way, opening her arms to him. "Loras," She breathed out happily as the boy wrapped his strong arms around her waist, leaning down to rest his chin on her shoulder.

It had been three, almost four, weeks since the two Tyrell siblings had seen one another, seeing as the older of the two was away, traveling the lands to the East. Doing what, he never told Adelaide, but she didn't really care what he was off doing. All that mattered was that he had finally returned home, safe and alive.

"How was the Stormlands?" She questioned as the two pulled away, a wide and inquisitive smile on her face. "Did you meet someone? Or bring me back anything? Oh, you must tell me all about it."

Loras couldn't help but let out a hearty chuckle, forgetting sometimes how hyperactive his baby sister could be; she was practically bouncing out of her shoes. "Take a breath, little rose." The boy said, setting his hands on her shoulders to settle the girl.

The sound of her childhood nickname caused a happy, fluttering feeling to appear in Adelaide's stomach. Despite being the youngest and equally loving both her siblings, the girl always found herself being closer to her brother. He was her protector, in more ways than one. He understood her when no one else did; not even their mother, whom had died when the youngest Tyrell child was only seven.

"Sorry," She answered sheepishly, a light pink blush dusting over her cheeks. "You just know my longings, Loras. I want to see places, not be stuck in some keep as some lord's pretty little wife."

"And you won't be, sweet sister." He assured her before hooking their arms together and continuing the walk the girl had began not too long ago. "You'll end up miles from here, traveling the country with a man of your choosing, a man that you love, at your side."

The girl couldn't help the scoff that escaped her lips at her brother's words. "I doubt it." She said bitterly. "I'm surprised I haven't been shipped off already to some old, fat, southern lord."

"I won't let that happen, Adelaide." The brother was quick to shove her thoughts of worry to the side. "To ease your nerves, I've been helping father with your match, and I haven't let him even consider anyone that was old enough to be your father."

The blonde girl giggled softly, shaking her head at her brother's teasing tone, despite the truth in his words. Every night, after supper, the two Tyrell men would retire to the lord's chambers to open scrolls and discuss the future of their house.

"There is one that father is heavily considering." Loras spoke up, his brows furrowed slightly in thought. "He won't tell me who, but father always brings him up when I'm in the office with him."

At her brother's words, the small smile that rested on the young girl's face fell. She didn't need to hear anything else to know this was the man she was going to marry. It wasn't to hear Mace Tyrell speaking constantly about someone, but it was rare for him to speak constantly about a potential suitor.

If her father liked him this much, then this would be her new husband. Adelaide was sure.
