Robb led Adaya away from the loud chatter and noises of the courtyards and through an archway. It lead into what seemed like a small forest in the walls of Winterfell. As they kept walking, however, a white barked tree came into view. The girl gasped slightly at the sight of it. The leaves of the tree were a crimson red, and she watched as some fell into the small pond that sat by the base of the tree. A smiling face was carved into the trunk. Adaya would have thought it was creepy if she had not, instead, found the place so beautiful.

"This is the Godswood." Robb explained as he led his intended closer to the tree. "Sometimes I'll come out here to clear my head; get away from all the commotion of the castle."

"It's so beautiful here, Robb." The girl said in awe, not taking her eyes off the large tree.

The Stark boy led her over to to a small bench beneath the tree, gesturing for her to sit down. The girl obliged, sitting down on the cold wood. Robb sat next to Adaya, his body slightly tuned towards the girl. The two of them were silent for a few minutes; Robb thought on what to say while Adaya scanned the landscape, a bright smile still on her face.

Robb cleared his throat softly, causing Adaya's head to turn in his direction. She waited patiently for him to speak.

"I know this probably wasn't the exact way you'd expect to get married." He started, looking down at his hands. "I've talked with your sister, Margaery. She says you had these dreams of falling in love with someone, marrying them and traveling the world together. Now, while I can't promise you travel, I can promise you other things." The Stark boy reaches over and took one of Adaya's hands off of her lap, holding it tightly in his own. Lifting his head, the boy looked into the soft green eyes of his intended. "I promise that I will be the best husband I can be. I promise to always respect, cherish, protect, and love you for as long as I live. And I promise to never do anything that would hurt you or bring you dishonor." He was silent for a minute, still looking into my eyes. "I swear to the Old Gods and the New."

Adaya smiled at Robb, feeling tears well up in her eyes. The boy was nothing at all like she expected; nothing like the southern lords. She barely knew Robb and he was already promising things to her. "Thank you." She said softly, her voice breaking.

Robb smiles back at her. He lifted his free hand and cupped her face, wiping the tears from her cheeks with his thumb. Before she had time to process it, the Stark boy leaned forwards and placed a soft kiss on her lips. Adaya closed her eyes, savoring the feeling. He pulled back a second later, causing the girl to look back at him.

Robb stood up, keeping her hand in his. He bowed slightly, kissing the top of her hand. "Good day, Adaya." With that, he released her hand and turned to leave the Godswood.

Adaya watched his back as he walked away, smiling brightly to herself. She didn't know what to think about what just happened, but she knew one thing; the Tyrell girl was falling for Robb more and more each day.
