ALEX'S POV

I feel somebody jumping on my bed and I open my eyes. I see Jackson jumping up and down, while looking down at me with her brown eyes.

"I'm awake you know," I tell her and chuckle. She smiles and giggles.

"You sleep too long you know that?" She asks.

"I know," I reply.

She stands up, but I pull her back down and she laughs.

"I want my morning kiss," I pout.

She pecks my lips, but I pull her in for more. I smirk as I felt her kiss me back.

"You're so weird," She tells me.

I shrug and we both stand up.

"Want some breakfast?" I ask her.

"Sure," she says.

I roll out and she smirks. I scoff as I realize I slept with no shirt.

"Take a pic," I tell her.

"How bout nah?" She says walks to my door. I grab her and spin her towards me.

"Go get dress you dork," she punches my bare chest.

"Damn, someone is feisty today," I comment. I kiss her neck and hear her moan a little. She pecks my lips and goes out the room.

I see clothes in the bathroom already and got dressed. I look for my flannel and just ignored it. I head down styling my hair quickly.

I see Jack making me a yummy breakfast. I notice she's wearing my red flannel around her waist. It's really lose, but I knew why.

I walk to her and tighten it. I wrap my arms around her waist and rest my head on her shoulder.

"Breakfast is ready," she says. I kiss her cheek and we headed to the nook.

There was a silence between us as we eat.

"What college did you decide to go to?" I ask her. I know the answer already though.

"New York. They are allowing me back in so yeah," she replies. "What about you?" She asks.

Shit.... Never thought bout it. I did, but it wasn't my thing anymore.

"I don't know, what do you think I'm good at?" I ask her.

"You're great with stories, and school. How bout a teacher?" She suggests. I hate school, but I do love kids and stuff.

"Maybe," I tell her. She walks over to me

"Graduation week is coming. Two more weeks Alex. You need to know," she tells me.

I nod and kiss her cheek.

"Let's talk bout this City now," I tell her. She nods and we both stand up. I put the plates in the sink and headed to the living room.

Jackson pulls her hair to a braid and I watch her. She lays down papers and looks at me.

"We need to head to the town and find five Diaries," she tells me as she points to each photo of the kid.

"Each kid wrote a book and it was burnt, but if we find it, we could be Heroes. And I need the money," she says the last part quietly.

"Why?" I ask her.

"Alex, my dad can't pay the bills. I have to move and find a new home," she explains to me.

I sit next to her and wrap my right arm around her waist.

"I can help," I tell her. She nods no and I nod.

"So that's the plan. Head to the town, find where these books are and get the money. Once we do, everything will be in place for my future," she says.

My eyebrows raised.

"During college I'm not living with my dad. It would be hard for him. I'm looking for a place between New York and New Jersey," she explains.

I nod and pulled her down to the couch. Both of us laying down.

"You're so horny," she tells me.

"I know, but you love me," I remind her. She nods and I kiss her forehead.
