chapter 10

Y/n POV
I woke up at 4am don't know why but now I can't sleep anymore.

"So Jarvis anyone awake at this hour"
"Your dad and Thor, miss"
"Really? where is Thor"
"On the balcony"

I walked out of my room to see Thor standing on the balcony that's located next to the living area.

I slowly crept up to him and without trying to scare him I said "hey, big guy"
He jumped up ready to fight, but when he saw me his face softened and he smiled.

"Daughter of Stark what are you doing, you're supposed to be asleep."
"I can't sleep anymore, why are you awake?" I said while standing next to him and looking out over New York.

"My brother, he did something again I have to go"
"I feel like there is a but?" I said
"But I don't want to leave it's nice here"

"Look Asgard needs you, you have friends there too. They Probably want to see you and you can always come back again. We will wait here for you." I said while patting his back.

"You're right I have to go. Go tell the others what I'm doing. I'll see you soon daughter of Stark" and with that he flew away.

I went to my room and fell asleep again only to be awaken by my alarm clock at 6.

Yeey school.... fuck school

I set on my grumpy face and went to eat breakfast well an apple couldn't eat a whole lot. I talked to the avengers what happened with Thor. He were sad he was gone but we knew he would be back again someday.

"Here y/n take some money for lunch" and tony gave me a 100$.
"You know lunch isn't that expensive"
"I know but I hadn't given you any yesterday"
"Well thanks..." I said with a confused look
"and I will drive you today" I saw Tony smiling.

"Sure" i quickly went to my room to get my bag, and I saw nat standing there. "Well y/n"
"what's up" I said in a suspicious tone
"If Jessica tries to do something again I'll murder her"
"Wait what?! how do you know Jessica"
"I'm a spy, I know everything" with that said, she walked out.

I was star struck but I walked back to Tony and we made it to the car.

"Excited for school"
"Yeah sure" I said in a sarcastic tone.

When I arrived I hugged dad and quickly walked out with my hood on. It was really cold but eventually I made it in.

"Hey y/n!" I jumped up and saw peter standing right in front of me. "Owhh h-hey" I walked past him to my locker and he was walking with me.

"I was wondering mabye you could sit with us at lunch"
"Who is us?"
"Me, Ned and Michelle" the excited peter said.
"Sure" see you then and I hurried of to history.

We had to make a presentation about a famous historical figure. We all got someone famous James got Columbus Jessica got karel the great and I have captain America.

Well shit, this is going to be great.

At lunch I was finally able to buy some food. And when I was ready to go to my spot where I normally sit I heard peter say my name and I walked over to him.

"Hey you must be Ned and Michelle" I said while sitting down.

"Sup loser, you can call me Mj" Mj said
"Thanks?" I said with a hurt expression.

"Don't worry she says it to everyone even to us" ned said while putting his hand out for me to shake it.

"Why did you want me to sit here?" I asked.
"Well you mostly sit alone and don't really talk. So we thought why not help you make some friends."
"Uhmmm thanks" I said while smiling.

The rest of lunch went great, then science came around. We had to make pairs to make a few questions. I was just ready to sit alone but then peter came and sat next to me.

We were talking laughing and making the questions.

We weren't ready with all the questions when the bell rang. Because we were mostly just laughing.

"Mabye we can make it together after school?"
"Sure" I said while quickly leaving the classroom.

After school I was walking out when I saw Peter.
"So where do you want to make it?"
"Well my ride is already here" I said

We walked to the car were Tony sat I quickly realized that I made a mistake.

Owhh god I'm not ready for him to know that I live with the freaking AVENGERS.

"Mabye we can go to your house" I said while freaking out internally.
"Don't be silly your ride is already here it will be easier."
"Don't say that I didn't warn you."
"Uhmm okay?"

We both sat in the backseat and peter said without knowing it was Tony. Well hello Mr l/n. When he looked up he noticed that it was Tony. I saw him freaking out and looking at me then back at Tony than back at me.

"I can explain okay" I said while he was freaking out.
"Listen so I got adopted by Tony, but I didn't want people at school to know. So that's why you didn't know" I said while looking down at my hands.

We were starting to ride Peter's mouth was open the whole time. That's when Tony broke the silence.

"Well who are you young lad" he said in a protective dad voice."
"Uhmm Peter sir Peter Parker.
"We had to make a few questions in science but we still have to complete them" I said.

We arrived at the tower and peter was so excited.
"So you live with the avengers?"
"Yep"
"That's so cool" and Tony and I were smiling at the to excited Peter.

When the elevator opened we walked in and I introduced peter to the rest of the avengers.

I saw peter having the time of his life when we were ready with introducing everyone we went to my room.

I opened the door to my room.

"Wooooow this room is so cool" and he was looking and touched everything. When he was ready with checking out the room. I proposed to start finishing the questions.

We finished all the questions and we were just talking about our lives. I told him how it was living at the orphanage. He talked about how it is to live with his aunt.

"So why don't you have any friends?" peter asked
"I don't know.... guess I'm just not that good with talking and I always think that I'll hurt them"
"Well don't worry about that me mj and ned will be there for you"
"Really" I said while giving a big smile.
"Yes"
I started to engulf him into a hug

When I was done hugging him he said
"What was that for?"
"I never had any real friends since I got send to the orphanage. I'm just happy to have finally found friends" I said with a smile
"I'm happy too" after a while he had to go home we exchanged phone numbers and I walked with him to the main entrance to say goodbye.

I walked up to the elevator to go back up. When I walked out I saw all the avengers staring at me.

Well what's wrong now?
