chapter 21

Y/n POV
I woke up at 2am I didn't have a nightmare. But after being awake I couldn't go to sleep anymore.

I picked up my phone and saw that I was called by peter.

Mabye he wants to say that we aren't friends anymore.

I sighed and got out of my bed I walked over to my window to look out over the city with a beautiful starry night.

I have lost my friends natasha is probably disappointed at me. Why can't I just be normal.

I was still looking over the city when I was getting tired of the view I sat on my bed and was reading a book.

"Jarvis where is dad?"
"In the lab miss"

Steve POV
I woke up at around 1am and didn't saw Tony lying next to me. I let out a big sigh and got out of my bed ready to go to Tony's lab. Because I know that's probably were we would be around this time.

The elevator door opens and I see Tony concentrating while working on his suits. His hair all messy and chugging some coffee.

"Is it impossible for you to sleep?"
He turned around and his face immediately turned into a smile.
"I'm sorry I couldn't get to sleep anymore so I just thought to work for a few hours."

I walked closer to him and hugged him from the back. He turned around and gave me a kiss.

We disconnected our lips for a moment. But then I kissed him right back I carried him to the couch that is located in his lab.

I laid him down and we were starting to kiss again. I took Tony's shirt of and kissed him all over his chest and made a hickey on his neck.

Y/n POV
I quickly went to the toilet and got into the elevator to go to my dads lab. I looked around and didn't saw him working on his table.

"Dad where are you?" I walked around a corner and saw my dad and Steve kissing each other.

They both looked at me and Steve got off Tony.

"Uhmm I-I'm sorry." I stumbled over my words and my head got red. I immediately turned around and tried to speed walk out of the lab.
"Y/n wait." Tony ran after me.

"I'm sorry dad I shouldn't have barged into your lab like that."
"Don't worry y/n." And he gave me a hug.
"Why are you even awake y/n?"
"I don't know I just couldn't sleep so after reading for like a hour long. I was thinking of something I would wanna build so I was searching for you, and then I saw this."

I saw Steve and Tony giggling a bit.
"Well I'm sorry to have scarred you for life." Tony said and walked back to Steve and gave him a kiss on the cheek.

"Well I'm going to bed, and keep it down will ya." And I gave them a wink.

"I won't but thank you pumpkin." I rolled my eyes at him and got back into  the elevator when I reached my head with the pillow this time I immediately fell asleep.

I got woken up by my alarm clock at 6am. And did my normal morning routine.

Today we had breakfast with the whole team. After a few minutes of silence and people yawning nat broke the silence.

"What's that on your neck Tony?" Without hesitation he said "a hickey."
He didn't look up from his cereal and continued eating, we all started laughing at that reaction.

"Well I have to go to school, bye." I put my cereal bowl into the sink, and was going through my closet to look for an outfit.

When I was satisfied with my outfit I went to the garage and happy drove me to school.

The weather was getting better I felt that spring was on it's way.

"Bye hap"
"Bye y/n have nice day." And I closed the door.

I walked into school hoping not to see Peter or Jessica. But I was wrong about one of them.

"Hey y/n when do you want to test the suit." I gave a big sigh and he noticed it.
"If you don't wanna do it it's alright too. I've been also calling you to see when you want to do it, but you didn't pick up."

"I have to go to art..." and I walked of leaving him wondering what was wrong.

First he abandons me now he expects me to forget all of that.

Luckily art is the only class I'm in without either ned, mj, peter or Jessica.
I was pretty far with my drawing my art teacher likes me alot. Sometimes we just talk instead of working today we were talking about college and why I want to go to MIT so badly.

Lunch came around and I was seated at my seat where I'm normally located.

"Awhh y/n doesn't have any friends anymore." I didn't look up from my food and tried to ignore her.

When she walked away I felt tears sting in my eyes.

I just feel so lonely again. I can't take it why does everyone hates me.

I couldn't finish dinner and went to the bathroom I was so heartbroken and let out my tears.

My phone went of and I saw that peter was calling me and I decided to answer it.

Peter POV
Y/n has been weird ever since yesterday when we were having lunch I didn't see her. I decided to call her and luckily she picked up

"What" I heard her whisper I heard in her voice that she had been crying.
"Are you okay y/n, I'm worried about you."
"Why would you be worried?"
"Because you're my friend."
"A friends who leaves me alone at lunch."
"Y/n I never did that."
"you did YESTERDAY."
"Look y/n. Ned, mj and I had to help set something up I never wanted to leave you alone. I'm sorry y/n."

I didn't hear anything anymore but I just heard her sniffle.

"We can test it today. Meet me outside" and she hung up the rest of the day I hadn't seen her.

And finally the bell rang I felt myself nearly sprinting to my locker excited to test the suit and excited to see y/n again.

Y/n is a really special person I've never meet someone who likes the same things that I do.
