chapter 50

Y/n POV
I woke up with dried tears stained on my face. Today I have school again I'd rather just sit in my bed and do nothing so that's what I decided to do.

Steve POV
Today was the special day. We were all ready today.

I looked at the clock then at Tony
"Isn't y/n supposed to be in school now."

I saw Tony's face turn into a little bit of a panic. He quickly walked to her room. And opened the door.
"Y/n you have to go to school"
"I don't wanna" she said with her blanket around her.
"Look you're not sick no reason to stay home" Tony said

With a sigh she lifted herself out of bed and dressed herself.

But she did it as slow as possible. Clint and Natasha found it pretty funny. But Tony got more irritated by the second.
"Y/n come right now!" Tony said, nearly screaming.

"Al right I'll come grandma"

Y/n POV
Honestly I didn't care if I was late for school. I was just sick of everything in the car I asked the AI in the car to play music my dad absolutely hated. Just to irritate him and I think I got him pretty good.

I left the car and stood infront of the school I heard my dad leave. At this moment I knew I could just leave and kill myself. Or go to school and see Peter.

I decided to see Peter but I do have maths so that is the worst class ever. I entered the school and did everything as slow as possible. Then I entered the class.

I saw peter sitting there with a smile on his face when he saw me.
"Mis L/n you know you're late right?"
I decide to look at my watch which I didn't have and said sarcastically.
"Really, well guess I'm late then"

And I went to sit next to Peter.
"Y/n you know you will get detention because you are late"
"aye aye captain" and gave him a salute I heard the class laughing.
"You think you ar funny?" He said getting irritated.
"Pretty much" I said while looking around the class.

"That's it y/n to the principals office!"
"Awhh come on man I didn't even say anything, you're overreacting" but I stood up and walked out of the class. Again doing everything slowly and putting in my earbuds.

I arrived at the principal office and waiting outside. I got called in and had a talk.

I'll save you guys the boring talk we had. But it boils down to. He said he didn't want me to do it. And I said I won't. And yes we had a 1 hour conversation because of that.

But I finally had break and thus I was reunited with peter.
"Hey Pete and ned and you too MJ"
"Since when are you like that in school" peter said
"Like what"
"All rebellious" MJ filled in with a smile.
"Look I was just bored and irritated."

After the nice refreshing lunch and 2 hours of history and an hour of physics. We were ready to go home. But ofcourse I had you guessed it detention.

Detention wasn't that bad tbh the teacher didn't really care what we did one kid just walked out. I just sat there watching Netflix. Rick and Morty is one hell of a show.

And before I knew it I was released from this prison.

My dad picked me up and I sat in the passengers seat. Dad looked really anxious.
"Jeez dad you okay"
"Yes I am" and he put on a really forced smile. I tried to ignore it but couldn't. So I tried to think about what could be going on today.

Then I knew it today was that special day or something mabye dad will propose. No he would talk to me for that. I'll just ask steve if he know what's going on.

We walked into the elevator my dad was shaking.
"Uhmm dad you al right"
"I am" he said once again.

The elevator door opened. And I saw everyone standing there. And in a blink of an eye part poppers went of. And everyone screamed.
"Happy birthday!!"

I looked at my dad who looked relieved I was never this happy. I walked out of the elevator and hugged everyone. When I was done I saw a nice cake with 3 layers and there were candles with the number 17 on it.

After the initial shock was less we all got cake. Clint decided to give everyone cake but he couldn't cut cake. Not even to safe his life.

Natasha and I were just laughing at him. But not gonna lie I did get a big piece then we sat down to give the presents.

First peter went.
He gave me a nice bracelet with his and my name on it.

Steve gave me.
New ice skates for in the winter.

Clint gave me.
A nerf gun so we could destroy each other in an epic nerf battle.

Natasha gave me.
A nice bag with stuff for my hair and face.

Even loki had brought something.
He gave me a necklace and said that it was a tradition on asgard. It was beautiful

(Everyone brought a present I only wrote a few down)

Then it was my dad's turn. So dad what do you have for me. He gave me a box I opened and saw a watch. I looked at him weird but then I noticed that it was something like an apple watch.

But my dad made this one himself so it was 100 times better. And he gave me some money and of course food. Because what is a woman without her food.

I hugged my dad and said sorry for this morning. And luckily he accepted.

That evening we were binge watching some shows like friends, Brooklyn nine-nine and family guy.

When nearly everyone has gone of to bed or went home. I was lying on the couch thinking. That I want this happy feeling to never end.

I sneaked of to my room and let Thor, dad an natasha sleep on the couch. Even my room had balloons in it. This was the first birthday I ever liked.

This time sleeping was something I didn't want to do but I couldn't keep my eyes open anymore.
