Dance moms season 8: Brady and Siobhan

Part 36

Siobhan's POV
The following week...
We walked into pyramid in studio A and I stood in-between Hannah and Brady and Miss Abby said to us "The group was a huge disappointment for me, you had the tools, you had the technique, you had the choreography, the group dance should have won" Miss Abby then said to us dancers "Let me ask you a question, did your mothers have freaked out the whole week about the water?, Pressley's saying yes, Sarahs saying yes, maybe your mothers are in your head and you have to hear it in the car, you have to hear it at home" "Us?, your blaming us" Michelle said to Miss Abby before Miss Abby said "I don't want to hear anymore crap about it, never going to be in the same situation" "What is that supposed to mean?" My mom said, Miss Abby then said "It means I have zero tolerance for a moms bad behaviour, so don't test me"

Miss Abby then said "Alright, its time for the pyramid, at the bottom of the pyramid...Sarah" Miss Abby then said to Sarah "Sarah, huge disappointment, huge" Sarah then said to Miss Abby "Because I was in my hometown, I was really stressed and I just choked and it wasn't a good performance" Miss Abby then said "Thats what I think too" Miss Abby then said to us "Next...Brady, we brought you in, you were back, we never gonna lose, we lose" I grabbed Bradys hand in support and he accepted it, Trisha then said to Miss Abby "I know Abby but you said on Saturday that he was great, you thought he was wonderful" "He was good, I expect more from him, he needs to get into the character more, I think he needs to tell the story more and I think he needs to be more confidante" I squeezed Bradys hand in support before Miss Abby said "Next... Pressley, you slipped, those are things that you can't rehearse for, those are things that happen, didn't effect the group, I mean the judges see that they, they know" Miss Abby then said "Next... Elliana, you should not have been third, you should of been second by a hair" Miss Abby then said "Next we have Hannah, Hannah you actually had a good week, I guess because your mother is old and you live in that small town, you know all that stuff and the uweji style, right?" Hannah then said "Yes" to Miss Abby before Miss Abby said "Next... GiaNina, you were one of the stand outs using the water, so maybe GiaNina this summer, you can get scuba certified and then you can dance in water all the time" Miss Abby then said "Next is... Siobhan, Siobhan you didn't have a solo last week but you were outstanding in the group dance, she made my eyes go to her in a good way"

Miss Abby then said "Alright, Yolanda come here" "Uh oh I'm scared" "Come here" Yolanda went to her and Miss Abby said to her "Pass these out to the mothers" Elliana then went to Miss Abby as the moms put the party hats on and she came back to us kids with party blowers, Brady let go of my hand and went to stand opposite Miss Abby, I was confused, what was going on?
Miss Abby then said "Alright lets go, start blowing those horns, ladies drumroll with your feet" Us girls then started drum rolling with our feet before Miss Abby said "And on top of the pyramid with a perfect 300 is..." Miss Abby then got a big popper out and popped it as Brady revealed the top picture she then said "Lilly" GiaNina hugged Lilly and my mom was happy as well as Lilly, Miss Abby then gave Lilly a small crown to wear and Lilly put it on we then got back into our line positions before Miss Abby said "Alright this week we are traveling to Lancaster, Pennsylvania to attend Fierce dance challenge, the group routine that Brady is not in is named body and soul, it is a sassy jazz routine" I was happy about that, I always wanted to do sassy jazz for competitions, Trisha then said to Miss Abby "You couldn't have picked a number that he could dance in?" Miss Abby then said to Trisha "Well, I'm not putting him in a red, lace and sexy leotard" Brady and I were trying not to laugh at that, Brady then said to me "We will have a conversation about that later, young lady" "Oh yes we will" I said to him trying not to laugh.

Miss Abby then said to Brady "Brady, you will be doing a solo, you are doing a contemporary piece entitled rocket man" Miss Abby then said "Lilly, last week you played a character, it was intense, this week you will be the complete opposite dainty and pretty" Miss Abby then said to me "Siobhan, my firecracker, out on that stage each week you light it up, you make people look at you, but I think there is someone in you that is waiting for the chance to be dangerous, your solo is entitled dangerous and its an acro jazz piece" Miss Abby then said "Lilly, Brady and Siobhan, 10, 14 and 14, you will be competing for the overall high score solo" Miss Abby then said "Alright moms your finished" The moms walked upstairs and Miss Abby said to us girls once the moms left the room and the blowers were gone and Lilly had taken the crown off her head "Alright, now listen, we are doing a dance that is salty, soulful, could I give Brady different choreography within your number?, sure I could but then he's featured again and I don't want to do that, I want you girls to be able to win on your own, Siobhan, you are the leader of this group dance, when Brady was not here, you stepped up and you became a leader, whenever Brady is in the group dance he was the lead and I loved it when you stepped up and you became a leader, if Brady ever gets injured I can turn to you and say your the leader of the group dance or if I need someone to share the lead role with him I can use you for that"

Third persons POV
Meanwhile with the moms upstairs...
Trisha said "I feel like she's punishing Brady by not putting him in the group dance this week because I don't think it was his fault that we didn't win" Joanne then said "No, she said he's not in the group because its like a salty dance" Trisha then said "The timing sucks because we just came back and I want him to dance, I want him to be able to prove to her that he should be here and if he's not dancing thats going to be hard to do"

Siobhan's POV
The girls and I were rehearsing the group dance in studio A and Gianna said to us "Can we all stand in second?, just try this for me, stand in second and like lean over" "Get your right shoulder down Hannah" "Drop your arm guys" Gianna said to us girls, I was in-between Sarah and Elliana on centre and Brady was watching me, Gianna then said "And then lets take this arm up and we sit right here" we then did the move and Gianna said after we rehearsed the group dance for a while we took it from the top, I even had a solo part in the group dance at the start.

Third persons POV
Meanwhile with the moms upstairs...
Joanne said "Stacey, we had a party for you and for your daughter Lilly and we're still celebrating" Stacey then said "Yay for today but of course now its only downhill from here I mean, we've got Lilly the youngest going against the two oldest people on the team" "I don't know who the competition is actually because Lilly had a perfect score and Siobhan is the unbeatable queen with a perfect score as well then Brady, he's the boy, so you know he gets extra points just for being a boy" Trisha then said "And he hasn't been here in weeks and hasn't done a solo in weeks, he hasn't been on stage in weeks" Michelle then said "I just got a really interesting text" "What does it say?" Stacey said to Michelle before Michelle said "It says, hey Michelle, I heard what happened with Sarah over the weekend, sorry for her loss, hopefully she can have herself together by this weekend because Studio 19 just entered 15 numbers, Karmas a bitch, see you soon" the moms were shocked before Ashley said "Wait what?, who sent you that?" Michelle then said "Somebody from Studio 19" Trisha then said "Are they mad because you left or mad that you came here?" "Well this is a competitor of Abbys" Michelle then said "Kendall came from there" Stacey then said "That's why Abby doesn't like them even like for example Chloe went there after here, thats Abby, but I don't understand you" "One of the things they said was that I used them, they wanted me to act them" Ashley then said "They wanted you to acknowledge them and say that it was because of them she made this team?" "I think so, I didn't write a big thank you to them because honestly I was hurt by the things they said about Sarah, they didn't like Sarahs hair,  they told me she was ugly, the way that it was done, literally these are text messages that I was
receiving" "These are women?, these are grown women?" "Correct" Stacey then said "So they make the candy apples look like nothing, as far as attitude"

Michelle then walked down into Studio A  and when she got in there she said to Abby "I just want to tell you what this text said, I got a text and its from studio 19, they just said hey umm we're coming to Lancaster and we're entering 15 numbers and Karmas a bitch" Abby then said "Just don't worry about it, go and be a lady and be positive and be respectful and don't worry about it" "I know" "Ok?" "Alright" "Alright, lets go"

Michelle then walked back upstairs and sat down and Miss Abby said to a producer "I have to go, this is horrible this music" "What do you mean?" "I don't want to put these kids on stage with this music, its horrible" Abby then said as she drove herself out the studio A door "I don't like it"
Meanwhile upstairs with the moms...
Joanne said "Why is she leaving?"
The moms are in complete silence as Abby leaves the studio to her private van waiting for her and the front door to the dance studio closes.
