as yoongi fell asleep, cuddling the pillow that's on his head, namjoon stayed up.

he worked on the frame that broke, taking old the photo out of the frame easily.

a piece of glass fell off from the frame, cutting namjoon's finger quickly.

"fuck- ow." he put his finger to his lips, stopping the bleeding.

he got up and went to the bathroom, grabbing a bandaid from the drawer.

"ouch." he wrapped the bandaid around his finger before cleaning it off.

he walked back to the desk he was at, picking up the picture instead of the broken frame.

he couldn't help to stare at the photo, seeing the details from the photo.

when they got married, their wedding was private, no one at their wedding, only the person that told them what to say and all.

he still had his wedding ring, he's just afraid to wear it and he doesn't know why he is.

the picture only pulled one thing.

they were high school sweethearts.

he put the picture down, facing it down, only showing the back of it.

he sighed sadly, turning off the light and walked over to the bed.

he crawled into the bed, grabbing the blanket to put it on him too.

he put his arms around yoongi's waist, hiding his face in his shoulder blade.

he found the smaller's hand, intertwining their fingers together.

yoongi moved a bit, feeling their fingers intertwined.

 

namjoon cried himself to sleep that night and yoongi never noticed.
