I hadn't felt that good since before Tara attacked me. I was more than content to lay there in bed or have sex again, but Kozik had to get up and go to the clubhouse. "Come with me," he said. "You should hear what they have to say."

"Okay." I groaned and got up to go get dressed, making sure to tuck my gun into my boot when Koz wasn't in the bedroom. As much as I wanted to believe Opie that I wasn't in trouble with the club, but I just wasn't sure. I didn't want to walk into the lion's den defenseless.

Once we were both ready, I put my helmet on and climbed on the back of Koz's bike. I wrapped my arms around his waist and we were off.

When we got to the clubhouse, I got off and took off the helmet, putting it away. I trailed behind my husband, not knowing what to expect. When we walked inside, the doors to chapel were open, and I could see them all sitting around the table.

I hung back, expecting to hear whatever it was after they were done. I certainly wasn't expecting to be invited inside.

When he realized that I wasn't right behind him, Kozik turned to look at me. "Come on, Di," he said, holding his hand out to me.

I cautiously put my hand in his and he gently pulled me into the room. I was nervous all of the sudden when Opie closed the doors behind us. Koz took his seat at the table and I stayed standing, unsure of what to do.

"You can have a seat, Diana," Chibs said, gesturing to the seat at the end of the table, away from everyone. It did nothing for my nerves.

I took the seat, crossing my ankle over my knee so that I could get to my gun if need be.

"You don't have anything to be afraid of, Lass," Chibs continued. "You're not in trouble and we didn't bring you here to do anything to ya."

"So put the foot down. You don't need the gun," Opie said. "Yes, I can tell you're packing."

"Can't be too careful these days," I replied, dropping my foot. "Whatever happens from here on out being my fault and all."

Chibs sighed, "I was wrong. I shouldn't have said that."

"We were wrong about a lot of things," Opie said. "We should have told Clay and Jax a lot sooner, rather than forcing you to go to Happy to have the message conveyed."

"We didn't think about what not saying anything was doing to you," Kozik replied.

"We're sorry," Piney chimed in, and the others echoed his sentiments.

"I know now that I miscarried when Tara kicked me in the stomach. I didn't know that when I talked to Happy, so no one else outside this room knows. If I choose to tell someone, that's my choice," I told them.

There was silence, but they were all nodding in agreement.

"How do we move on from here?" Kozik asked, looking at me.

"I can play nice. Clay and Jax can deal with this however they see fit when they get out. But seriously, no one needs to ever bring up my miscarriage again. If you do, I'll take a page out of Gemma's playbook for a change," I replied carefully.

"I don't ever want to see the day where you stoop to her level," Kozik replied.

"Neither do I," Piney echoed.

"So you'll be there when they come home?" Opie asked.

"Yeah. I'm not working that day," I shrugged. I could suck it up for an hour or two. Besides, there would be a lot of people around, so I wouldn't be alone with them.

"Good."

....

The day that the guys came home, Koz woke me up, kissing my forehead. "Baby, you gotta let me up." I was lying mostly on top of him.
