✯THE BOYS didn't ask any more questions when Chinsun announced her leave. After eating lunch, she grabbed her back and wished the boys well. Just as she opened the front door, she spotted Namjoon standing there, his key in front of his with wide eyes. "Sunny!" he greeted the girl with his dimpled smile. She waved at the male, stepping to the side to give him access to enter. "Are you leaving?" He noticed Jungkook collecting the dishes to wash. "Y–Yeah. Female problems." She laughed nervously, tucking her hair behind her ear. His eyebrows rose in shock at her words. She mentally slapped herself, though her nose scrunched. "Sorry. Let me go so I don't embarrass myself further."
"B–Bye!" Namjoon called after her fleeting form. She turned one last time, waving her small hand in the air with a bright, shy smile. "Bye!" She turned before she could trip, walking down the sidewalk toward her bicycle. The one thing she hated was the fact she still didn't have enough money to buy a vehicle. Of course, Jimin offered to get her one. He worried all the time about her getting hit on her bike, but she always refused his offers. Riding a bike was helping her stay in shape and she couldn't afford to let herself go. She threw her leg over her neon yellow bicycle and shoved her belongings into the basket attached to the handle bars. When she didn't see any cars coming her way, she pushed off and began cycling down the road in the direction of the dance studio.
She steered through the traffic skillfully, her legs pumping the pedals until the dance studio came into view. She peeled into the parking lot with a smile, already noticing a few people she recognized from auditions. She slowed to a stop in front of a bike gate and hopped off the transportation. She locked it to the gate and took out her things to bring with her. "Hey!" She looked up to spot Baek Somi, a girl who had auditioned before her. Chinsun broke out into a bright smile as she threw her small bag over her shoulder. "Hey, Somi!" she greeted, skipping up to her. Somi opened the door to the studio and allowed Sunny to enter first. "Ready to work our asses off?" Chinsun nodded quickly, moving her hair over her shoulder. "Definitely. I just hope its easier than last time."
A girl with dark hair stood next to the water fountain. She wore a pair of baggy pants, her shirt loose on her body. Her hair was pulled back into a high ponytail, exposing the short hairs at the nape of her neck. "You'll get it soon enough. Don't worry," Somi told the girl, patting her shoulder. The two parted as Chinsun headed off toward the bathroom. Once in the vicinity, she began to change into her practice clothes. She always got super nervous walking into the dance studio. She could sing, she knew that. But she was always so scared her dancing skills weren't up to par. She shrugged off her shirt and replaced it with Yoongi's shirt she had stolen months before. She shrugged off her blue jean shorts and replaced them with a pair of baggy, grey sweats. She tied on her Nike shoes and flipped her unruly curls over and tied them back into a messy bun.
"Alright, ladies!" She jumped at the booming voice moving through the room. She threw her bag over her shoulder and quickly exited the bathroom. She dropped her bag to the side and moved to join the group of girls. That girl stood on the other side of the room, her hands on her hips and her eyes scanning the crowd. "Jeon Eunjeong, Baek Somi, Seokyoung, Han Junga, and Park Chinsun." Chinsun stiffened once her name left the woman's lips. She stepped toward the forming group, standing right next to Somi. Somi gave the nervous girl a smile. "You'll be the first five to perform at the end of the week. Pick a song and create a choreography." They all nodded and stepped to the side to let the next group pair together.
"Thank God we got Junga," Somi voiced, smiling at the girl Chinsun assumed was Junga. "As long as we all stay on the same page, we'll do well." All eyes turned toward Chinsun. She smiled shyly. "Got it!" Junga chuckled at her before facing Eunjeong. "Got it, maknae?" The dark haired girl quickly nodded, her almond shaped eyes wide in surprise. Junga nodded in response as Seokyoung cleared her throat. She moved closer to Junga. "What song are we doing? Should we do a BTS song? They always love when trainees do that." Chinsun snorted. Her eyes widened once she noticed everyone turn to her. "Sorry, sorry. I would just prefer to do anyone other than BTS. If that's okay." Seokyoung rolled her eyes but shrugged her shoulders.
"What about NCT?" Eunjeong suggested in a small voice. Somi pursed her lips in thought. "We could. That alright with you, Sunny?" Chinsun looked toward Eunjeong. Something about the girl struck familiarity, but she couldn't quite place it. "Its alright with me," she responded before they noticed her studying the youngest of their dance group. "Awesome. Now, what song?" Chinsun blew air into her cheeks, her hands fitted against her small hips. Somi turned toward Eunjeong with lifted brows. "What song, maknae?" Eunjeong didn't know how she felt about being called maknae. She was so used to people calling her brother that. "Uh, I," she stuttered, looking between each of the girls' faces. "What about Ch–Cherry? It takes skill and looks fun." Chinsun didn't listen much to NCT. She honestly had no idea what dance Eunjeong was talking about.
"I love that one!" Junga exclaimed. She rose her hand for a high five, which Eunjeong quickly accepted. Chinsun clapped her hands as the choreography was agreed on. All she had to do now was look up videos of it. "Do you guys want to stay after or?" Eunjeong bit down on her full bottom lip shyly. "I have to meet my brother after.. so, I can't." Junga slowly nodded. She turned toward the rest of the group, waiting for their answers. "I actually cancelled my plans today to practice after, so..." Junga pulled Chinsun in by her shoulder with a proud smile. "I'm staying," Somi added, looping her arm with Chinsun. "I'm staying, too," Seokyoung finished. Eunjeong pouted. There was no way she could cancel on her brother. Not after spending so much time away from him. "Give me your cell number so we can plan more practices."
Eunjeong pulled her phone from her pocket and gave it to Junga. Junga typed in her contact and passed it down the group. With a smile, Junga handed Eunjeong's phone back. "Looks like you're in charge of making the groupchat." Eunnie nodded in confirmation. She already began to type in the numbers, sending out a quick text for them to read later. She named the group char, ' CHERRY🍒'. "I may need a refresher on the choreography," Chinsun quickly spoke once she noticed all of the other groups pointing out spaces for their own choreography. She felt her cheeks heat up as Seokyoung sighed. "I've got the video saved on YouTube," she huffed. Eunjeong spoke up before the other girl moved to get her bag. "I've got it!"
The youngest pulled up the YouTube app and quickly typed in the title of the video, clicking the correct video. The girls all crowded around the small screen.
