WITH A final glance in the mirror, Sunny turned to face Minnie. It had been two weeks since Junhui had given her space. Her bruise had faded greatly, though a light purple tint still colored the spot. "How do I look?" she asked her roommate with sparkling eyes. A pretty, lilac body con dress adorned her small figure, a choker the same color tied around her throat. Her dark curls were tamed and cascaded down her back and over her shoulders like a waterfall. Light makeup caked her face, her lips a pretty coral shade— Junhui's favorite. She smiled and twirled for Minnie, who tried her best to seem happy for the girl. "You look beautiful," the older member admitted truthfully, holding up two thumbs. Sunny cheered at the compliment and bowed to her friend whilst bouncing on her toes.
"Are you sure you want to go out tonight, though? The girls and I planned a nice movie night." Lie. Minnie had no idea if the girls would even be here the whole night. She just hoped that she could persuade Sunny to stay home. "I think I should hear him out. He could have just been stressed, you know? Stress can alter someone's personality! It does it to Jimin all the time," she explained as she turned back to the mirror, examining her makeup closer. Minnie sighed at the girl's naivety. Before the older member could speak again, a series of hard knocks echoed through the house, followed by the sound of footsteps. Sunny's eyes widened at the sound. She had only told Minnie about the date.
