junhui
I'm sorry. I know I went too far. I'm
just so sick of your friends treating me
like I'm less than them.

chinsun
you did go to far. you punched my brother, junhui.

junhui
He brought it out of me!

chinsun
you should have controlled your anger!
if you keep on like this, i don't know how much
longer I can stand being called your girlfriend.

junhui
Wait, hold on. Are you trying to break up
with me? After everything we went through?

chinsun
i don't know, okay? you need to get your act
together.

junhui
I was the only one helping you through your
last episode. I'm the only one who truly cares
about you, Chinsun. You need to think this through.

chinsun
you keep saying that, but it seemed pretty obvious
that the group care about me.

junhui
You're so naive, baby. Do you truly think they
searched for you the whole time we were gone?
Don't you think that if they were worried, they
would have at least contacted the police?

chinsun
stop. this isn't about them. this is about you.

junhui
I do nothing but prove that I love you. Do
you really want to throw away what we have?

chinsun
no...

junhui
I swear, I'll control myself the next time.

chinsun
you better.

SHE HADN'T been out much since she had gotten back. The only places she had gone were the dance room, the studio, and the boy's dorm, but she was never alone. Which made the situation she's in even more strange. With a white mask covering her face, a black bucket hat over her head, Sunny approached the BigHit building with no one at her side. Her body was adorned with a big, black shirt that she had stolen years ago from Jin. She moved through the front door and headed straight for the elevators. She had called earlier to tell the secretary she was coming and that she wanted it to be under wraps. The ride up to the correct floor gave her enough time to start backing out. She pulled at the sleeves covering her hands, the mask now tucked beneath her chin.

You hurt him! You'll pay, pay, pay! Her breathing became shaky as the words of the saesang repeated in her mind. She could remember the way her fist slammed into her eye, bruising the area. Her attention snapped back the moment the metal doors pulled open, revealing the dimly lit hallway. It was late, after all. She stepped out into the cool hall, her hands trembling at her sides. You'll pay for hurting him! She pushed the memory to the back of her brain and willed her feet to start moving. They began carrying her toward Yoongi's studio, her eyes flickering around to make sure the floor was empty. She couldn't hear anything, nor did she see any staff or boys lingering around. Once she found Yoongi's door, she fought the urge to just push in his code and walk in. Instead, she knocked gently, three times.

She felt her heart hammering against her rib cage while she waited for him to open the door. Due to the soundproof boards, she was unable to time his arrival. Instead, while she turned to leave, she heard the small beep and felt the cold air rush out through the crack in the door. "What do you want?" he asked, his tone hard and void of emotion. She turned fully to face the Daegu boy. He finally caught eye of the bruising around her eye. "I haven't seen you since I came back," she replied meekly. Her fingers resumed wringing out the fabric of her sleeves as her chest constricted with nerves. "That was the plan." Bang. His words felt like a shot to her heart. The impact almost sent her stumbling. "Oh," was all she could muster. He stared blankly at the girl. "Is that it?"

You hurt Yoongi, you skank! She visibly flinched at the pitch her mind had conjured up. "I– I want to apologize for what I said, s'all." His face hardened. He shifted behind the door. His mind battled the decision of whether or not to slam the door in her face. "Do you really expect an apology to make everything okay, again? You used a real issue for me against me," he snarled. You hurt Yoongi! You hurt Yoongi! "No, I don't. I just–" Her voice cracked. She quickly scolded herself, pinching her wrist as a sign of discipline. "I messed up. I just want you to know that I didn't mean it. You don't have to forgive me." He noticed the stress weighing her down. He noticed the way her nails dug into her skin, her eyes glistening with unshed tears. He felt his heart tug for her.

"I'll forgive you," he sighed. Her eyes lit up with restored hope. She went to speak, but he beat her to it first. "Not now, but in the future. I just need time." She nodded in understanding. She gingerly tucked her hair behind her ears from beneath her hat. He stared down at the shy girl, a thought popping in his head. "You never told anyone how you got that black eye." She touched the tender skin upon its mention. You deserve to die! You'll pay for hurting him! She squeezed her eyes closed despite the pain, sighing gently. "A saesang at the airport," she admitted truthfully. Her heart raced as she recounted every second of the event. "She somehow knew about our falling out..." She cleared her throat, hoping to draw the attention away from her last words. "It isn't a big deal."

"She did that because of me?" His hard exterior had dissolved away, exposing the gentle friend Sunny had grown to know better than herself. She quickly shook her head, but he wasn't buying it. "Shit, Sunny. I'm sorry." Both of her hands quickly lifted, waving away his apology. Why should he apologize? They wouldn't have gotten into this situation if she would have just gotten over herself. "It isn't your fault. You and I both know its mine," she replied shakily. You deserve to die! Die, die, die... She pinched herself again, tearing herself away from the dark mantra within her mind. She never expected Yoongi to grab her hands. "I may not have forgiven you, yet, but I'm still here for you." Her sparkling eyes peered up at Yoongi's. He was sincere. Of course he was. He's Min Yoongi. "I'm sorry," she breathed out.

"I know, Sunny."

julia says!
