Chapter 20 Splatocalypse Part 2: Operation Offering

Indigo didn't like the sound of it.

"Oh, no...," she said. "What's the problem?"

"Well...uh, it's best if you come over here and have a look for yourself," said Amber.

Without any hesitation, Indigo quickly superjumps out of Skipper Pavilion. Eventually, she lands on what appears to be a large field. What she notices is the Inklings and Octolings that they saved are fighting against each other which are divided into two groups. Some represents Team Chaos, and some represents Team Order along with wearing their side's respective clothing. Indigo tilts her head a little.

"...?"

She is confused on why is this happening or how did it happened.

"Hey, Indigo!" said Amber. "Over here!"

Indigo looks around and notices Amber. Though, Amber is also with Roxy and Bina. Indigo runs over to them.

"Thank goodness you are okay!" said Roxy.

"Yeah," Amber replied. "I thought you were knocked out or something since you didn't answer after calling you twice."

"Speaking of which, where's Tailsy?" Bina asks.

Indigo shrugs.

"Huh? That's strange. Tailsy sure is acting weird lately. Wonder what's up with her," she said.

Indigo points to the others fighting each other.

"You wondering how did this happened?" asks Roxy

Indigo nods.

"Well," said Bina. "What happen was while we were thinking of how to stop OctoStrike from spreading the sanitized ink to the entire Inkopolis, some were thinking of after restoring Inkopolis, they want to convert Inkopolis into like a chaotic place. Some disagree can want Inkopolis to be more orderly. They argue so much that they decided to fight out to see which one is more superior which is what you're seeing right now."

Indigo looks at them and wonders why they aren't over there, fighting.

"Oh, no. We chose not to pick a side as this is ridiculous and is wasting our time to actually restore Inkopolis," said Roxy.

"Yeah. This seems unnecessary and at this rate, we won't having enough time to stop them," said Bina.

Indigo tilts her head a little as she is wondering on why they aren't telling them to stop.

"I just...don't have the courage to stop them," Roxy said.

"Me either," said Amber.

Indigo looks at Bina.

"W-Well, for me...uh..."

Bina scratches the back of her head.

"You see...uh, the reason why I didn't tell them to stop is that I am not really sure if they will listen to me," she said.

"I am sure they will," said Amber. "You did say you are Tailsy's old friend from years ago so I'm pretty sure they will listen to you."

"I don't know..."

"Come on," said Roxy. "They will. Go ahead and stop."

"Well..., alright then. I'll try," Bina said as she walks towards the fighting. Ink shots get louder as she approaches.

"Time to end this fight!" she said as she gets the Killer Wail ready.

As the Killer Wail prepares to fire, the others notices the Killer Wail has been activated and quickly gets out of its fire radius.
