Part Six

Betty's POV 2 hours ago

The day was fine, well most of it. I was on my way to 5th period when my mouth was covered. "We are going to leave out of the front door and your not going to say a word, got it?" I nodded. They moved there hand away  from my mouth. How the hell did nobody see that? I asked myself. I turned and saw who they were it was Jughead's girlfriend or at least the one I caught him with three months ago. I still didn't say a word. When we got outside the school she took me to a car, maybe it was hers I don't know. "Get inside." I got in the passenger seat and she got in the drivers seat. "I want you to text the Lodge girl cause I know you two are close friends." I nodded and pulled out my phone. "What do you want it to say?" I asked annoyed. "Just something about your mother picking you up or something." "Okay." I did exactly what she said.

About halfway through the drive I had to ask. "Okay, where are you going?" I asked. "Somewhere." She said. "Just shut up." "Why do you have me here?" I asked. I still wasn't scared. "Because I've seen Jughead's phone he's been texting you." She said. I sighed. "Bitch I have his number blocked." "Well he also has an unknown number telling them he loves them." I tried not to laugh. "Well I guess he's cheating on you to now. See he can't keep the girls cause he gets bored." She scoffed. "Well he never told me that." How stupid is this bitch? "What makes you think he'll tell you he's cheating. He didn't tell me three months ago I caught you two." "Well that sucks." She said. "Really?" I asked rolling my eyes.

When we stopped I realized we were at Jughead's trailer. I sighed. "What are we doing here." I asked. "Just get inside." She said. I walked inside. She pushed me on the couch and started pacing. I smirked. "Don't know what you're doing." I asked. "Shut up I'm thinking." "You better be thinking about why I'm here." "Shut up." She said. She was trying to keep calm. "Well I really want to know why the hell I'm here." I said. "I said shut up." She walked to the back. I knew if got up she could hear me so I didn't. When she came back she started waving a gun around. "Look what I found." Okay now I'm a little scared. "What are you going to do with that?" I asked. "Well this will teach not to text my man." I rolled my eyes. "I told you I'm not texting him. Why would I text someone that cheated on me?" I asked. "I don't know maybe your one of those girls." I rolled my eyes again. "Stop rolling your eyes." She said still waving the gun around. "You know are you going to use that gun or not?" I asked. "Do you want me to? Cause I will." I laughed. "Really? Cause you've been waving it around for the last five minutes not doing anything with it." She lifted the gun a little, but the door opened. "What the hell is going on here?" It was Jughead. "Your texting this slut and I don't like it." She said putting the gun on the counter. "I'm only trying to talk to her cause we really need to talk. But I need to talk to you right now." He said pointing to her. "Ugh fine!" They walked outside. I grabbed my phone and texted Veronica. I asked for help. I then thought texting her wouldn't be fast enough so I called her. I told her everything I heard. I then heard the door open a bit. I hung up. "Why don't you go away and act like you saw none of this." She said. "Okay fine." He said. I heard his motorcycle start then go away. Damnit. "Great your back." I said sarcastically. "Excuse me?" She asked walking in front of me. I sighed. "I only mean your really stupid and annoying." I said. "You don't want to push me right now." Well that's exactly what I'm gonna do. Are you jealous that it seems Jughead wants me back?" I asked. "No, he doesn't want you back he told me he doesn't." "Really what else did he say?" I asked. "That your a whore." "No, he didn't Jughead is way to nice today that. He may have cheated on me, but he would never say that." I could tell I pushed her buttons, but maybe a bit to much. She grabbed the gun and pointed it at my face. "Scared yet?" She asked. I didn't say anything. I felt my phone buzz. I looked down with my eyes and saw that it was Veronica. "Give me your phone!" I looked at her. "What?" "I said give me your phone or I'll shoot you." I put my phone back in my pocket. "Shoot me then." I said. "What?" She asked. "Come on do it, shoot me." Her hands started shaking. "This is pointless shooting me because you think I'm texting your man." I said. "SHUT UP or I will agokt you." I leaned forward my head was only inches away from the gun. "Come on do it. You don't like that I'm 'texting your man' then shoot me make sure he can't text me again." She put her finger on the trigger. There was a knock on the door. "It's the police open up!" She looked to the door then back at me. "Did you call the police when I went outside with Jughead?" I shook my head. "Bullshit!" She said. "Look we know your in there just open up!" They said. "No!" She yelled back. You damn idiot! I said to myself. She still had the gun pointed at me. "Let us in or we will break the door down!" They yelled. Oh my God just get in here already! I thought. "If you come in here I will shoot." She told them. Okay now she's just getting kind of stupid telling then she has a damn gun. I heard mumbles outside. "Okay she has a gun we need to act fast." "I can hear you!" She said. I heard the door knob trying to turn. She shot the gun. The door was kicked down. She didn't hit me instead She hit the wall.

Three police came inside and they got her. Veronica came over to me. "Betty, are you okay?" She asked. I nodded. "Yea yea I'm okay it missed me." I said looking back where the bullet through the wall. She hugged me. As they walked by with the girl she said something. "It was your father you put me up to this Lodge!" She said and they took her outside. I pulled out of the hug. "What?" I asked. "Of course. Why else would some phsycopath do this." She said. I sighed. "Yea."

Veronica's POV 30 minutes ago

"Wait what the hell is going on?" Kevin asked. "Look at this." I showed him the 'help me' from Betty. "Okay that doesn't tell me what she said over the phone." He said. I tol him the whol story.

"Wait what? So Jughead's crazy girlfriend kidnapped her?" He asked. "I guess so." I said. "Should I call the police?" He asked. I nodded. "Yea."

When we got to Jughead's trailer and the police were already there. They were telling her shit. "Why the hell don't they just go in there?" I asked Kevin. "It's this whole thing they do just to make sure nothing happens to anyone." I sighed. "Oh god." He pulled me into a hug. "It's okay. She's gonna be okay." He reassured me. "I hope so." I said trying not to cry.

A few minutes later they busted down the door and there was a gun shot. "What the fuck?!" I said worriedly. I tried running to the door, but Kevin stopped me. "No, you can't do that!" He said. "Why the hell not?" I asked. "Cause your not aloud to." I sighed to calm myself down a bit. "Kevin, I'm sorry, but if you don't let me go in I swear--" He let go of me. I ran inside. I saw Betty she was fine. A couple seconds later the girl said my father put her upto this. Of course he did. "Bee are you okay?" I asked. She nodded. "Yea yea I'm okay. Can we leave?" She asked. "Yea okay." I said and we walked out.

We walked over to Kevin. Betty went over and hugged him. "Thank goodness your okay." He said. "Me too. Come on I wanna leave." She said pulling out if the hug. "Okay I'll drive." Kevin said. Betty and I got in the back. "Do you want me to take you home?" He asked. "Yea, I need to see my mom. Did you tell her or no?" She asked me. "I didn't know what to do. All we did was call the police." I told her. "Okay good, she wouldn't let me leave her sight." She sighed with relief. "Well I don't want you to leave my sight." I told her. She laughed and so did I. "All I wanna know is why my father did this." I said.
