46. Baby's First Word

Daniel 💜

Daniel and I have taken Teddy on tour for the first time. We love him being on the road with us and I love being on the road too. He's the perfect little boy and we love him so much. The boys have been on tour for the last week and we are all having a great time. They are playing New York tonight and we arrived overnight. We are all currently hanging out in the tour bus before the show with Teddy. He is sat on Daniel's lap and he's making funny faces at him. Awwww I love that. The boys love having teddy on the road too. "Aye, you're so cute little man. You're definitely a daddy's boy" Daniel said to Teddy. Teddy is touching Daniel's nose as he's holding him. "Dada, dada" he said. "Wait. Did he just say Dada?" Daniel said. "He did" Jack replies. "You just said Dada. Your first word, Teddy. Daddy is so proud of you" Daniel said kissing Teddy. Awww that was so cute

Corbyn 💙

Corbyn is away on tour right now and Astrid and I miss him so much. It's not the same when he is away on tour. Corbyn hates being away from me and Astrid and we hate him being away from us. He does FaceTime us everyday so he can see our faces and keep us posted. We love seeing his face. Astrid always recognises Corbyn when he's on FaceTime to us. She knows he's her daddy. We should be expecting our daily call from Corbyn anytime soon and we can't wait to see his face. Astrid is sat on my lap at home and I'm reading a book to her. Now that she'll be a year old soon, we have started reading to her and she enjoys it. It's good to read to your baby. As I'm reading to her, my phone rings and it's Corbyn of course. "Hey, honey" I say. "Hey, my girls. How are you two?" he said. "We are great. How are you?" I reply. "I'm amazing" Corbyn exclaims. "I know you always are" I reply. "Hey, my little princess. How are you, Astrid?" he said. I lower my phone to Astrid so she can see Corbyn. She points to him and says "Dada, Dada". Awe so cute. Her first word. Reading to her is helping. "Babe, she just said her first word. It was Dada" Corbyn said. "She did. Who's a clever girl, Astrid?" I reply. "Say it again, Astrid" Corbyn said. She said it again and it brought a smile on both our faces

Jonah ❤️

The twins will be turning one soon and we can't believe how much they are growing up. Too fast as far as we're concerned. Lauren and Luke are adorable kids and Jonah and I are proud of them in every single way. They are so perfect. Jonah and I are making dinner atm at home and Lauren and Luke are playing. We are both in the kitchen but we are watching them. They play nicely together but we watch them anyway. Jonah is the main cook in the house but I assist him sometimes. I bop my head in the lounge and the twins are playing with blocks. They're favourite toys seen to be blocks. Lauren crawls over to me as she sees me come in. "Hey, little girl. Have you come to see mommy?" I say. I pick Lauren up and she smiles at me and touches my face like she does. "Mama, mama" she said. "Jonah, Lauren just said mama" I say. "Ahhhh did she. Well done, my girl" he replies kissing Lauren. "Let's see if Luke is going to say anything" I reply. Luke crawl towards us and says "Baba" which I think is his version of Dada. Awww bless. Our babies just said their first words

Jack 💚

Little Joe is growing up so much and jack and I love being parents to him. He's the sweetest little boy in the world and we are so lucky and blessed to be parents to him. Jack and I love every single thing about being parents to Joe. When Jack is away on tour and at the studio. He misses both Joe and I so much and we miss him so much too. Luckily he is home now for a while. We decided to go to the beach today with Joe. It's a beautiful day and we love going to the beach together as a family. We first took him when he was about two months old and he loved it then. Even more now. Jack and Joe were playing on the sand not so long ago now we are all sat on the deck chairs spending some family time together on the beach. "Wow! I love being on the beach with you two, my darlings" Jack said. "Me too. Ain't no time like family time" I reply. "You sure are right, baby" he said planting a kiss on my lips. "Are you enjoying your time in the beach, Joe?" I say. He nods his head and looks at me and says "Joe, Joe". "What did he just say his own name?" Jack said. "Yes I think he did" I reply. "That's rare. Most baby's first word is Dada but Joe is so clever saying his own name. Say it again" Jack said. "No, no" Joe said. "He is said No" I reply. "That's two words. Yay!" Jack said kissing Joe. We are so proud of our clever little boy

Zach 🧡

Zach and I are going out for a family dinner tonight with little Emily, my mom and some of our moms family. My family want to see us as they haven't seen Emily in a while and she's grown up so much since the last time they saw her. Zach and I love our little girl so much. Emily Rose Herron brings so much joy to our lives. We are just leaving for the restaurant right now. Whenever we take Emily out in public, people always complement us on how beautiful and sweet she is. Awww so sweet. So we arrive at the restaurant with my mom and wait for the rest of my relatives to come which they do soon. We greet them all and sit down for the meal. Zach and I sit at the end of the take with Emily on the end in a high chair. "So what do you want to eat, baby girl?" Zach asks. "Che che" she said. "What, sweetie?" he replies. "I think she means chicken, Zach"
I reply. "Oh you want chicken, Em" he said. Emily nods her head. "She just said get first proper word" I say. "She did" I reply. He smiles and kisses me. We are so proud of our little princess
