Holding her steady, they crossed the corridor into a small quiet room. She did not know who he was, or why he even took her away.
She wanted to scream and fight but she was afraid that he'd knock her out.
Like they did to me a year ago.
He shut the door and turned on the light, immediately lighting up the room. She knew it, she'd heard of it.
His brown eyes lit up when they met hers. For some reason, she took a step back. He just grinned at her.
"I know you're wondering who i am," he began, taking a step closer. She was backed up against the wall. His eyes, so brown and beautiful, had a hold on her. She didn't know why but... he reminded her of somebody she used to know.
"Who... who..."
"I am Theodore, but... my name is..." he smirked, walking up to her and whispering as his lips touched hers.
She felt him kiss her and she yearned to kissed him back but she didn't. She almost did, just a little, before resisting the urge and breaking away.
I can't stop myself from thinking of how he makes me feel...
"You are so beautiful," he muttered, making her sigh. Why did she want him to kiss her? "I was angry when Siva tried to take you away. We searched..."
Vasheronne's eyes widened and she pushed Theo away, thinking fast. Who... What... "Huh? You know Siva?!"
Theodore stepped closer and was back to putting his head against hers. Their foreheads touched each other before he replied. "Yes, he is my brother."
Vasheronne's eyes widened. "Oh no... No... NO!"
"I knew you'd kiss me back someday... just never thought it'd be soon!"
Vasheronne pushed him to the side, making a wild dash for the door, only for him to thwart her by grabbing and pressing her against the it.
"If you do not want to go back to the rebels, you will have to listen to me... come, i can help you,"
"How?" Vasheronne asked
He pressed his lips on her neck in a kiss that made her shudder.
"What did you do to me?" she asked as he turned her to face him. She felt weak, tired even. He looked down at her.
"I want you to know that i went for therapy. All i ever wanted was for someone to love me unconditionally. I loved Charlotte but..." he gripped her shoulders a little tighter. "I just needed your love. I wanted and yearned for it. I spent nights wanting you while i was with her. I needed you... I still need you Vasheronne. You are the best thing that ever happened to me."
"But... but Luke..."
"Luke is my brother, i respect him lots. Him and dad helped me while i was in prison. They got me a good lawyer."
"Did... you killed..."
Theodore sighed. "I did, but i got pardoned. Then the FBI got me, trained me and sent me here."
"You've just blown your cover."
"Not essentially. You and I, we will save your family."
She leant into him, starting to cry. "This is the worst day of my life."
"I know, he told me. Come, i will take you to your room." He swept her into his arms and left.

"We have to find that little prat!" Veronica yelled as Harold and her walked around, opening and closing doors.
"Let's just go babe, I don't think it's wise for us to be here anymore. Can you hear them?"
She stopped, "I can... but we have to find her..."
"Tomorrow will suffice, come on!" he whispered, grabbing her hand and dragging her into a room at the nick of time.
They heard the guards pass by, talking lowly to themselves.
"Are they talking about us?" Veronica whispered. Harold shook his head. She sighed, relaxing.
"How did this happen?" she asked.
"Your brother," he replied sourly. "And that Nina girl you hated. Why was she even here?"
"Liam's father was friends with my mum," Veronica said as she shrugged her shoulders. "I guess he is friends with Prince Laban..."
"You guess?" he mocked, making her roll her eyes at him. He laughed, loving how her crazy made him love her more.
"I can't let them find out about Vasheronne's time at our plantation. That's why we have to do this."
"I don't think she'll ever tell."
"She will."
"NO she won't. Remember that time Malik hurt her real bad? When he was forcing himself on her? She never told anyone! She knew about Charlotte and him, and even though..."
"Ya ya ya, whatever. Can we just go to bed already?" she asked.
He stared at her, before shaking his head. "Let's just leave her alone. She just found her happiness for heavens' sake. She loves your brother and he loves her! Come on, let's just go away... even though i know that Rajab wants to break them apart. We are gonna have a baby. Getting mixed up in this... it will boomerang on us."
Her eyes watched him talk, and she realized that he was right.
Veronica might never like Vasheronne because in her head, she was and still is the reason Charlotte died and the reason Luke was so damn stupid.
Her father thought it'd be nice if they got along. He had been sick lately, again, and Luke had mumbled that he missed the young princess.
Luke had set off in search of her, further angering his sister because she felt like he never really cared about Charlotte.
"I... i just wanna make her feel as insecure as Charlotte felt anytime Luke and her were together."
"You are better than that Vera."
"Why would you say that?"
"Because you simply are," he cocked an eyebrow at her. She shook her head but he continued, "yes, we are both messed up. However, remember that she is powerful. Leave Rajab out of this. Let him handle her. She is his problem now. If we don't leave now, we are violating the very reason you left GreenVeldt."
She shifted her weight from foot to foot before sighing. "I just don't like her."
"Why?"
"Because she's a maid!"
"No she isn't!"
"Hazza," Veronica eyed him, "you're saying that because you've always found her quite attractive."
"Well," he shrugged, "that's kind of true!"
Veronica raised an eyebrow, making him laugh harder than he ever had.
"However, I happen to have a thing for blue-eyed blondes... so... you're stuck with me!"
Veronica rolled her eyes before sighing, only for him to grab her by the waist and kiss her face, stomach and face again.
"Let's go baby. Let's go home!"
