Clara's POV

Celestial High, the best school in the universe (literally). Also owned by my family, the most powerful family in the cosmos. Oh wait, I haven't introduced myself yet have I? My name is Clara, Clara Evangeline Rose, the Princess of the Celestial realm. I recently got forced into school so I can learn to be more "ladylike" and how to be a proper princess - boring. I wish I could be like my four elder brothers who get to do whatever they want. This isn't fair. Anyway, as I mentioned before, Celestial High is the best school in the world! My family has owned it for aeons and it has been passed down from generation to generation, pretty much a family heirloom. However, this is also the school where the best sorcerers, witches, fairies and more, graduate from! We have the best facilities, from flying courses to underground weaponry vaults, you name it and we have it! Well would you look at the time, I'm going to be late for the graduation ceremony... bye!"

I heaved a sigh of relief as I let the long roll of paper fall out of my hands. Did I do it well enough? I messed up didn't I? Oh no... I panicked whilst my palms grew clammy, not only from holding the script for so long, but also for being so nervous about my speech. However, I was proven wrong when thunderous applause erupted from the crowd a few moments after my mini panic attack. My brothers immediately tackled me on stage and I felt the churning in my stomach fade away as I clung onto them...

" My baby Rose (a nickname for the youngest in the Rose family) is all grown up" My Dad started sniffling dramatically, followed by my mother and my four brothers. I chuckled and rolled my eyes,  talk about overreacting... I gave them a quick hug before scurrying over to my two best friends, of 14 years. Christabel Madelyn Joy and Claudia Renae Rain, Princesses of the Mind realm and Weather realm respectively. The three of us had known each other since we were three and have been inseparable since. All it took was a glance at them as they came crashing on top of me, tackling me onto the ground. Claudia was squealing at the top of her lungs about how great I did while Christabel calmly nudged me and asked how it felt to be up on stage in front of billions of students and teachers in the school. I laughed at their behaviour. Funny as it was, it truly meant a lot to me for the two of them to stay by my side and support me. Let's just say, I had some issues in the past.

Honestly, I didn't want to make that speech at first. However, my family had been rambling on about the speech for ages, hinting at me to do it. I was coming of age and they wanted me to release the graduating batch of students from the school, allowing them to be free of the Celestial Education System (CES). It was only after much persuasion that I eventually gave in, silently hoping that my decision would put an end to their terrible ' convince clara to make the speech' tactics. Unfortunately, that was before I found out I had to over compliment the school, making me realize I had made a terrible terrible mistake. My nervousness which caused the constant fidgeting and sweaty palms combined with my stage fright didn't help as I could vaguely hear tiny alarms going off in my head. I swallowed hard and clambered up the stage, hands clenched tightly at my sides, a billion pairs of eyes staring back at me. Everything blurred around me as I rambled on with my speech and it wasn't till I was done could I breathe again, and then well, you know the rest. Christabel, Claudia, and I then with arms around each others' shoulders, headed back to my home, the palace.
